I was never refunded after they sold me a group of Gouramis that happened to be infected by iridovirus. It was very sad to see them die slowly (100% mortality rate and very contagious), frustrating to spend 80euros for nothing, and disapointing to insist to get my money back while being repeatly ignored by the customer service.
Months after this drama, I give up but I don't forget.

If you want to buy food for your pets, in my case I bought some snacks for my cats. This place has plenty of variety, cat food, and snacks. Too bad they didn't have hills product here, I'm not sure why since I did see on their website, they did sell hills
Better find out how to use their app too, because if you are using the app, you get 5% discount, which is nice

Conveniently next to ring S_Bahn station, this pet store has a big variety of dog, cat, small animals and fish products. There's also a modern grooming saloon. Personnel was kind despite busy time.
