Strongly recommend. Only negative could be that they don't know english but they make everything to connect with u - using google translate if its needed. So if you don't know german, don't call just go, they will help you with their smiling faces.
Also u can rent a bike even if you don't stay in germany - your passport and driving licence is enough. I had A2 license and rented a suzuki gsx for 5 days for sth like 250 euros.
