Please We bought a Couch (with Bed Function) and paid the extra cost for their professionals to build it together. Unfortunately, on the delivery day, they forgot the assembly instructions for a while and they improvised to put together all the parts.
Why 1 star? After using the couch for one day, we realized the couch was slightly leaned to the side… (see pictures) We decided to check under it and found out they forgot 6 screws!!!! therefore the couch was unstable. We paid 1600 euros for a couch we cannot use!! we submitted a reclamation and they said they will send someone 2 weeks after (???????). I would like to return the couch but I am afraid I will lose some of my money… As a customer I feel powerless and unprotected (not to mention the bad service). not recommended

We went to an employee to help us purchase the couch, he was busy helping a family but kind enough to tell us that it is available back in storage and had us go see his colleague for assistance, however, when we met his colleague she rudely said she doesn’t have time. (weird because employees are supposed to help the customers and aid their purchases, that’s the protocol around the world and the job of an employee at a furniture store.)
And then after she huffed and puffed she asked what we needed, and when we told her we want to purchase a couch she shook her head as if she doesn’t want to sell us or even do her job. Then she said the couch isn’t available at this store and that we need to go to schönefeld. Anyhow we left the store very disappointed and decided we do not want to purchase from Mömax after this terrible customer service.
We ordered a full kitchen, which we were told had everything included in it, which wasn’t the case at all. The fridge didn’t include a freezer as described, so we had to buy another one. We also had to order a stove top separately, which we were rudely told after calling up customer service that no all-inclusive kitchens include a stove top??? We also can’t get hot water in the kitchen because the tap we were sold doesn’t fit correctly, and MöMax said they will not exchange it. To add to all of this, the wood for the counter tops wasn’t even correctly cut, so we had to pay someone else to sort that out for us.
I can say with full sincerity that I have never in my life been spoken to so rudely and nastily by a sales representative when myself and my partner called them many times to ask for help.
We were consulted through very good and cheerful staff members.

I must say, after several emails and waiting, since March, I received my money in December. The salesperson that I was dealing with kept saying they are processing, and I waited patiently until I was so tired and ready to take a lawyer. The unfair bit is that, after holding my money for nine months, they still penalized me. Now, that is what you call double standards.
And the employee at the information stand on the kitchen department floor, he was something. I guess he has an issue with “ihr,” as he mentioned. He actually mentioned that “ihr” is clueless about kitchen prices. Talking in this manner to a parent in the presence of their kids is very disrespectful. I later wondered, I mentioned to this guy I have a certain amount of money because I was expecting the price to be higher than my mentioned price. I ended up getting a kitchen for less than I mentioned, of course, “ihr.”
He should check the area code of this store and look around, just saying. Anyways, it was such a disappointment.

In general Home24 Outlet has very nice furniture for a good price. Also the shopping experience was pleasant with friendly personnel. But the real quality of customer service shows when there is a problem.
We bought a bed, which had some repaired defects on the fabric. The repair was done nicely, thus this was working for us. The main structure of the bed was described to us as perfectly fine without any defects.
We got a delivery for 45 EUR with a subcontractor. But upon assembling the bed it turned out that one screw thread was damaged and not functional anymore. As this is connecting the main body parts, assembling of the bed was not possible.
The screw thread just came off, when unscrewing the screw, which was screwed in by their personnel before the transport. Apparently the wood was damaged and wasn’t holding the screw thread anymore.
The only option presented to us was to bring back the bed to the Home24 Outlet to either return it, or to do the repair at the spot.
The transport back to the outlet was not possible for us and unfortunately, there was zero willingness for finding a solution, which fits for both parties.
Overall we are not satisfied with the resolution at all. We are still willing to revise our opinion, but it seems that from the Home24 Outlet, there is no willingness to find a solution, which works for them as well as for us. If there is still room to talk, please get in touch with us here
