It’s a fantastic studio with some great vinyasa, Pilates & Barre teachers, my favorite teacher is Ingrid with her warm & bubbly personality that light up your day. Ruby is an awesome Vinyasa teacher if you are looking for some fire. However on this rainy Tuesday 1st Oct Morning at 10.30am, there are 4 students waiting for the Sub teacher Nicola to show up, we are here waiting outside the studio door in cold & wet. Nicola is no show which is very frustrating & disappointing as we came here under the bad weather…. This is my first time having a studio with no show teacher wasting our time. This is Saddening, hope this doesn’t happen again! please let us know in advance if something happen in future & let me know how you can refund this no show class from my monthly card pass. PS. Teacher no show happened the second time again in the same week on 4th Oct for the 12.15pm Pilates class when I am here. 4 students have waited from 12.15 to 12.26pm no show, no ways to contact the studio owner to check what is going or how to get our refund. This studio management is super disappointing. I’d need a refund for 2 classes for October 1st & 5th classes please!

Terrible experience at this studio with Ruby. We arrived just two minutes late for a class because the studio has no proper signage and confusing instructions on ClassPass. There are two conflicting descriptions on how to enter, and with no sign outside, it was frustrating to find the place. If the directions were clear, we wouldn’t have been delayed.
Despite arriving at 9:02, we were ignored while knocking and only acknowledged after 11 minutes, when we were told we couldn’t be let in because we were “11 minutes late.” No, we were knocking since 9:02. The teacher’s refusal to address us earlier and her rigid attitude showed a complete lack of understanding or professionalism.
On top of this, the studio charges 1€ to use a mat. While we brought our own, it’s unreasonable to expect clients to either carry their mat around all day or pay extra for something that should be included. For a business already so inflexible, this extra charge feels petty and unnecessary.
What’s most disappointing is that the teacher’s behavior didn’t reflect the principles of yoga at all. Instead of choosing proper communication and understanding, she opted for dismissive and petty actions. If she isn’t aligned with her own practice, how effective can the yoga she’s teaching really be?

I love Sunday yin classes with Laura! Such a calming vibe! The peaceful, dim candle lighting and incense make it so easy to relax. Every class is different, focusing on different areas of the body, so it never gets boring. Her class is the perfect way to reset and start the week with recharged energy ✨✨✨

Seems like there's no way to reach people at this place. I booked a Yoga class and waited for 30 minutes with 5 other people for them to open the door and they didn't show up. Now Urban Sports is charging me for no show and asked me to contact the studio. Their email doesn't work and they don't respond to Instagram DM. No phone number is shared also 🙂 looks like this place doesn't exist

A cosy studio on a very nice location. Some very nice equipment, like mats and dumbbells that you can rent as well!
Laura’s yinyasa class is soothing, she includes technique but at the same time makes sure that you’re relaxed and at ease with the movements. And helpful exercises to do at home 🙂 Cosy atmosphere with candles!
