Extremely disappointed. Brought my mother vintage Longines watch for repair. The overhaul price was 290€ and 12 weeks. I accepted the conditions, and 2 weeks later the price went up to 400€ (for very inexpensive watch). I would have paid that too, but not in combination with 10 weeks so i refused. and finally picked up the not repaired watch without any comments. Even that took 20 minutes… The stuff concentrates very much on having „rich“ ambiance and offering drinks but doesn’t offer any decent customer service. Had a similar situation at Omega, infinitely better. Also the email correspondence is very inefficient, the messages from them come as attachments and they never cared to correct their mistake in misspelling my name.

Extremely arrogant staff (I felt highly unwelcome as the entrance guy seemed unwilling to open the door and I was not invited to sit and see watches), staff has limited knowledge of watch complications, make false claim about the parent group of watch brands. I was willing to buy a high quality watch (to add to my collection) but I will do my business elsewhere.

For a fan of horology, this is like heaven! All three of the holy trilogy, AP, VC, and PP are here, along with many others acting as angels. I spoke to a lovely lady that took the time to share some exquisite examples of the watchmakers' art with me. If in Berlin, I highly recommend finding this gem of a store.
