K & M Computer - PC shop, service and repair

Was there a few days ago because I needed case fan replacements. And I am so glad I went to an expert instead of trying to search for the replacement parts myself, since there are some things I haven't kept in mind!
They quickly found my PC case and gave me the options between different price classes and my preferences.

I came by the shop because my laptop charger stopped working.
Dominic was very helpful and got me the right charger and we were able to test it in store with my laptop before I went on my way.

Super rude customer service. I entered the store and the staff had a customer. Obviously she had a more complex problem on her computer. The guy didn’t even acknowledge me or asked me what I wanted or gave me feedback that it might take a while. I only wanted to pick up a package/ takes 1 min.
I waited 3 min he didnt even get eye contact with me. So i excused and politely said, i only want to pick up a package. The person yelled at me in a very rude tone and said that he has a customer as I am seeing correctly and that there are cameras and someone will be with me because they see me through the cameras.
I mean, I cannot know how their internal logistics work, but from my human knowledge of customer service that is not nice. I didn’t force them to be a pick up point for packages on top of the computer store. It’s not like a späti just wait for the other customer to buy cigarettes or drink, it’s computers and problems with computers can take forever, why should I wait forever?
Never again!

This is my fav shop for anything computers. They will make sure you have the write piece before you walk out. Completely shifted my purchasing from online to this store because of the great advice they give me. I'd rather pay 20 extra euros and walk out confident about my purchase than guess what's coming at me in the mail.

After failing to find an actual computer part store all across mitte, K & M save me by having all the different parts I needed with the latest models. I needed urgently a CPU cooler and this store only of be quiet! had literal all the models. I would totally recommend it ! the store employee even spoke fluent english and was very friendly.
