Nothing but praises as well as my heart felt gratitude.
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Surgery went well. Two-night stay to check against thrombosis. Got a two-bed room with a private bathroom. The doctor told me to eat lightly after the surgery, but the hospital kept providing really good food, and even afternoon tea between meals. Couldn't resist at the moment, I could regret it later. Hands down the best hospital I've ever stayed in. Hopefully never again.

Excellent clinic with competent and kind doctors and nurses. I was treated there by Dr. med. Levon Khachaturyan (an excellent doctor who communicates very well). I stayed 2 nights after my surgery and despite being very nervous, everyone was extremely nice. I was afraid for my surgery especially as I don’t speak fluently German. However, they all spoke English (even the nurses tried to which I’m very grateful for) and the doctor came to check up on me every morning during my stay to update me and check if I have questions. Their professionalism really impressed me and I left the clinic with more clarity and confidence in my health. Thank you so much for your care and I highly recommend this place!

Where to start? I was supposed to undergo surgery with another doctor there who was quite weird and had a cold. When I asked if he was ok - he was like „super fine“ but then called in sick. So that is the reason I deduct one star - as I came from abroad to have this done and I would have expected the doctor to be mature enough to anticipate that he is unable to operate. Anyway - it was also luck as Dr. med.
Levon Khachaturyan took over and I must say a he and his team did a good job. He took the time to meet me before the surgery, explained everything and squeezed me into his busy schedule. Overall - most of the staff is quite professional & friendly (reception, Covid test station, station) - you always have one or the other encounter where you are left wondering if they really should do the job they are in. At the station - every single nurse was great - they even motivated me to get up an walk. One thing that could have been a little better is the “privacy” part. I know it’s a hospital - but I had a single room - and most of the time people just walked in. I think it could be better if privacy was respected a little more. Other than that - I was happy with the service during the procedure. Post procedure - was also okay, not quite how I would have done it - I think there are less painful ways to remove the stitches.

A superb clinic for minimal invasive surgery in Berlin. Thank you to Dr. Surgeon Khachaturiyan, nurses Silke, Ida and Florian + others (whose names I was not in a shape to remember, unfortunately) for their diligent care, clear communication, and of course, patience. The facility has a cozy Patients’ Garden to have walks, stroll under Wisteria, smell beautiful spring blossoms like Lilac, and take breaks on benches surrounded by Daphne (in Spring). What more can one need to convalesce?
Here’s to everyone’s good and ever-bettering health and vitality

Please learn some basic german phrases if you want to stay here. The doctors speak in english (only when they feel like it), nurses DONT. My day- nurse was strict post OP I was in so much pain yet she was very strict about waking up at 7 and having breakfast. The doctor was very nice pre surgery consultation, spoke in english was lovely. Post OP I found him cold. Im still learning german so medical terms are hard to understand so I even told him “können wir auch in Englisch sprechen” because I wanted to ask some questions regarding my operation and health, all of this was during post OP. He just ignored it, i felt so frustrated and sad. I mean the doctor just said “no sex, no sport and no bathe for 1 month” in german and went to other rooms. Im sorry I didn’t knew patients cannot ask any questions regarding their operation. Please be kind to ALL patients.
My night nurse was very kind. And the food was really good and nutritious. Im just sad regarding my experiences with the doctor and one of the nurse.
