I came in as I spilt some coffee on my laptop. While I followed all the steps online and dried/turned it off immediately, I was really nervous as I really needed to use it ASAP but didn’t want to turn it on prematurely. The gentleman at the store was super helpful in telling me options and opening it to check for water damage. He didn’t see any and advised me accordingly. When I asked how much I owed, he didn’t charge me, which I thought was very kind as it was still his time. Would highly recommend. Lovely staff member and very fair. This was a super positive experience.

Great Service!
My experience here was very successful. The guys who took my computer (MAC) were really friendly and explained to me the costs and the procedures step by step. After I left my computer with them they told me it would be ready between 1-3 days, but it was actually read to pick up the next day. Fast and quality service. My computer is as good as ever now!

My HP Revolve had a broken CPU Fan. I went in there. They found a watter damage. Open it completely. Took everythink apart. Cleaned everything. Replaced the FAN. At a most reasonable cost with in 48 hours I had my laptop back cleaner, faster than before! REAL PROFESSIONALS. I left a 5euro Tip and some Chocolate! 😉

I really liked the quick service. When I went there to pick up my computer they asked me the pick-up number. I didn't have it with me so they apologized dearly that they needed to call my husband to ask if it is okay that I pick it up. They wanted to be sure. I really liked that as this shows that security is important for them. Very friendly staff. Next time I come here directly before going somewhere else!
