Fairly good range of items. The customer service in my experience was pretty poor though. I spent a while choosing a helmet (my 1st one ever, exciting) and made my choice 5 or so minutes before they were shutting. After waiting in a queue to ask for the helmet to be brought to me (I expected from a back storage room, unopened in a box) when the staff member told me they're closing and I have to come back another time. Then she agreed to give me the helmet and all it took was for her to come up to the shelf and hand it over to me.
So full of excitement me, I received my first ever helmet with an imprint of all other people's heads in it (no head cover is required to try the products), with no discount included for that fact, no box or at least a piece of candy after spending a lot of money on it.
Not the first time it's happened, it would be nice if you as a customer would receive some kind of appreciation token for spending a lot of money in this shop.

I can’t recommend this store enough!
I had some issues adapting myself to clothes and gloves and they promptly offered me the money back or change for the product I didn’t like much.
They have English service as well, that is definitely a plus for people that are not proficient in German to explain everything in details.
I really like to go to the store and spend some time to check what they have. Always good quality stuff and an enormous variety of items.

These guys responded to my other Google review saying they will address my problem. ( a broken lock they sold me but wouldn’t take back). I write them an email they list in their response and guess what - no response. These guys care only about their reviews and not about the customer experience. Shop on Amazon. You can find everything there for 20% cheaper. And guess what, if there is a problem, Amazon fixes it. At Louis, where their brand is “all about fun”, it’s entirely the opposite. Shame on you guys.
