As a Brit visiting it was nice to be offered a drink at the door. Don't know if it was a promotional day but nice all the same.
Shop it's self was very smart with a wide selection of quality gear, in fact so good I bought some very trick sequential turn signals.

They really bend over backwards to make you feel welcome here. The staff are all bikers, well trained, and will talk your ear off if you let them. Prices seem to have leveled with online retailers and they always have massively reduced items, so it's actually well worth popping in to find a bargain, winter or summer.
