I where helping a friend picking a betta fish. The worker was nice to us and could answered the questions. My friend said that the prices are cheaper than online, the food for the fishes where dead tho ( idk if its normal). My friend wanted live food for the fishes to hunt

The staff were super lovely and there's a great selection of fish but unfortunately we bought six medaka fish here but realised something was wrong as soon as we got home. Turned out to be parasites and have already lost a first fish after only two weeks and a second one is showing serious symptoms. Now spending the same amount I spent on the fish on parasite treatments and worrying about the whole tank... We were also recommended food pellets that were far too big for the fish. If buying fish from here- quarantine them first to be sure 🙁
