I booked an appointment four times and after each one it got cancelled by the praxis due to praxisorganisatorischen Gründen. God knows what they mean by that. They cannot make a phone call or write an email to explain the situation. Very poor communication.

Very professional, short waiting time. Unfortunately is difficult to get an appointment, they all always busy. I got a re Root Canal, the doctor explains all the procedure and the expectative for saving my tooth. The staff is very kind.

My experience has always been positive. The staff is very skilled and friendly. English has never been a problem there.
The only problem I faced is the frequent cancellation of appointments right before time, and without a proper rescheduling. If I'd booked the appointment two months in advance, I find it very unnerving to have it cancelled a couple of days before time, and without another appointment for a couple of months after.

Really friendly dental practice! Everyone speaks some level of English, it’s super helpful and surprisingly, upbeat and cheery. I know they’re dentists… But it was a pleasure to go there and the online appointment system is great!

But what happened here?
My appointments have been canceled twice even without notifications. My husband’s as well. I can’t reach them by phone. Next appointments are in 2 months. I won’t recommend anymore.
