Despite being smaller than other MisterSpex store, the store itself is well organised and easy to navigate to. The Staff the MS-MOB were very accommodating and helpful! They discuss prescriptions and packages options with their clients informatively and willingly. They even go far as sharing their own experiences with the spectacles available in store. I can recommend visiting them and get you pairs of specs from them.

I ordered my glasses 8 weeks ago. 10 says ago I called your customer support to inquire about a delivery update, and no one gave me the information. They promised to send an email with a status update but never got anything. Pleaseeee, help me! My current glasses are broken, and I can't live/work without glasses

Came to get new glasses on my frame. Have been told by several employees it’ll be possible, got my frame sent out after doing an eye test which did not seem very professional, waited 2 weeks for the factory to send me an email stating they can’t put new glasses with my frame.
