The owner makes you feel like you are sitting in your Grandmother's living room having some cake and tea.
He is such a personable, funny, sincere, helpful, patient, empathetic, polite, knowledgeable, humble, kind and good-hearted person. I am not overstating this guy. He is amazing. I felt like a member of his family by the time i left.
There is absolutely NO WAY he or anyone else could have been better. Its impossible.
