Tried to fix my hard drive. Unfortunately it wasn't possible in the end, but didn't charge me so I cannot complain at all. I think they tried very hard - ordered several parts, but no luck. Downside was it took a very long time, and for some reason they couldn't contact me, but the first part certainly wasn't their fault...
