Bought 3 different plants (2 small 1 big) they all came with bad news. 3 months later I still cannot get rid of the mealybugs (Wolllause)!
Last year the plants I bought for the balcony had aphids.

I really like this place and every time I found interesting plants. But this afternoon I had a very very bad experience.

I was on the phone with my partner and when I went to pay at the counter I said can I pay with two cards. I don’t speak German so I was spoke in English.

The cash lady said to me in a very unfriendly tone: can you stop the phone for communicate better?

I don’t see what she doesn’t understand about such a simple request that I need to stop my phone to “communicate better” with her. I also didn’t see any no phone call signs because this is a plant market, not a hospital or library that needs silence.

After I paid she slammed the basket on the back desk in a really rude way. I bought baby plants that are fragile, she could have damaged them.

Maybe she discriminates against people who don’t speak German, maybe she discriminates against Asians because she is a racist.

Anyways I’m feeling hurt today, and I’m very disappointed that you guys hired such a person and ruined my good impression about this place.

A friend introduced me to this plant haven and now I don’t think I’ll shop anywhere else. There are so many beautiful plants to choose from, separated into indoor and outdoor, with helpful tags stating how much sun they will need. The prices are also really great, much better than smaller specialty plants shops. Lots of affordable pot options too.

A perfect location for Sunday brunch. This location is really a hidden gem, feels like visiting the royal family. Gorgeous garden, beautiful greenhouse, quite crowded on a sunday with nice weather. The price for the brunch is higher than most of the other locations but the food is value for money. Everyone will find something delicious. There is only a pick of fruits and one dessert available. But in that moment when you see the offered cakes, you are definitely tempted! Take a walk through the beutiful garden and enjoy.

If you’re a plant lover, this place is a ‘Plant Heaven.’ I’m amazed at how big this place is. They have indoor and outdoor plants, everything you need is here.

Staff will leave you so you can take your time choosing your plants.

I got 2 new plants that I have been searching almost everywhere and can’t wait to add them to my collection.

If you drive then it’s good. If not, you can always take the Metro. There is 2 location but I only manage to visit one. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful selection for plants and accesoires. Plants are well cared for and in good condition when you buy them.
Big con: Whole staff is hiding at the cash desks (even when there is no customers at the cash decks) and prefers to have small talk to each other instead of supporting customers. Questions we had were adressed short and snappy and we finally decided to buy less than we wanted and get the rest at a different place. In addition we found out after some research that the provided answers were not correct as well.

I wanted to share a great experience I had with “Mister Mark” yesterday in the Berlin store. I traveled a long way to find some gutter guards because the website said this store had them. We were unable to find them on the shelf, but Mark spent almost half an hour trying, including searching other stores and trying to order them. I ended up getting a different SKU that Mark recommended, and he even adjusted the price as a courtesy. Great job, Mark, thank you!

Today I went to Home Depot and shopped for an hour. But I was surprised when I went to the cashier to pay. I was surprised by the problem that all the workers, including the department manager, did not know the price of the window. I wasted my time at the cashier for an hour and a half and I feel like I wasted time for the rest of my daily schedule. The workers also served other customers and did not care to solve my problem. I feel bad

I was only going to give 3 Stars but fellow Veteran at Self Serve Registers was very helpful so I am giving the 4’th Star just because of him. There used to be 1 reserved parking space for Veterans, (Lowes has 6) but no more and while they recently finally came out with a veterans discount the app you use to get it doesn’t work worth a damn. While they often have items I cannot find at Lowes, for the reason stated above, Lowes will remain my first choice. If you are a veteran, stick to Lowes!

The Home Depot’s Garden Center at this particular location needs TLC and a thorough cleaning. 75% of the plants and scrubs on the outside needed water as they were stressed to the point of dying. Because of this neglect, my wife and I didn’t buy as many plants as we would like. The plants on the inside of the store were better taken care of. The Garden Center at Home Depot in Torrington was better. Two Stars

The customer service I received at this location was outstanding. Ed C. went above and beyond to help me find all the supplies I needed for my jewelry display project. He was also knowledgeable of all the items and very patient. I came back the next day and the service was exactly the same, exceptional. Steve P also jumped in and didn’t hesitate to help. I’m so glad I had the help of these wonderful associates.

This place is amazing for plant lovers. I didn’t expect this centre to be this huge. It offers many different plants from something common I could find in a normal flower shop to something that I haven’t seen before. The plants are sorted in different themes, and it is great to discover.

Some of the plants, I think , are a bit pricy, but for those rare ones, it is definitely worth it. There are some plants on promotion usually, even if not buying. It is still good to have a walk here and get inspired.
