Praxis Lemm

I came to doctor Lemm after 4 years of skin allergies and bad digestions. I tried going to dermatologists before and I was diagnosed with a lot of food allergies and I was taking allergy pills every day to reduce the skin allergy. I was told my immune system was too active.
After some research on my side I thought there could be some imbalance in my microbiome and I scheduled my first visit with doctor Lemm. She asked me about my situation and she ordered blood and stool tests. Indeed something showed out of balance in the tests. She recommended me supplements for detox, vitamins I had low levels of and probiotics. After a couple of months my skin allergy was gone and I didn’t need allergy pills anymore. After 6 months I rarely have bad digestions, while I used to have them every second day before I started her treatment. I also have a quicker recovery when I eat something that still gives me allergy. I have so much more energy and a clearer mind. I honestly didn’t remember I could feel this good. I highly recommend her for any digestive issues or symptoms that could be related to general inflammation.

I woould give the Praxis 4 stars, cause they can be a bit more organized, but I give my massagist, Radmilla, 1000 stars if I could! She is the best part of the praxis! She is one of the best massage professionals I ever had and her massages made me feel so good! In the first times at the Praxis I had a few sessions with other professionals, and it was ok, nothing extraordinary... but after I met her, I started going every week because she really knows how/where to massage and it really made a difference for me both physically and mentally. I recommend Radmilla 100%!

I had a really nice experience at Praxis Lemm. I went first for the massage and acupuncture, which was really good and helped me with some hip pain that I was having.
The people that work there are really kind and friendly, making me feel welcome. Dr. Vesna Lemm is a really good professional, very kind and understanding, we had a good talk about not just my exams. She made me feel like I was more than just another patient. I did a blood test and other exams and felt safe after talking to Dr. Vesna Lemm about the results, she gave good feedback and a more natural approach. I highly recommend Praxis Lemm.

I booked in this clinic based on the many positive reviews, and unfortunately I had a rather disappointing experience. Prior to my appointment, I was asked to fill out a long form regarding my symptoms and concerns. It made me excited to attend the appointment, as I was really looking forward to having these addressed. Unfortunately, when I got in to speak with Dr. Lemm, it was clear that she had not looked at the form that I had filled out. Without asking any questions, she immediately started to sell me tests and supplements. When I asked for more information about the tests, she told me that I can read about it on their website. The whole situation felt rushed and pushy; completely the opposite of how one wants to feel when shelling out money for a private clinic. When I said I wanted to take time to think about it, Dr. Lemm was a few words short of accusing me of not wanting to get better/not wanting to invest in my health/wasting my time there because I don't want to pay for tests. Never, even in a crowded and overworked public clinic in Berlin, did I experience such gaslighting. I was stunned, and wanted to leave some weeks between my visit and writing this review, so I could process such a strange experience. Additionally, the receptionists, while very friendly, seem rather disorganised. There was some confusion right as I arrived, it sounded like they had a double booking - which might have contributed to why my appointment felt so rushed and pushy. I did a quick test to determine my blood type at the end of the appointment. The woman from reception who was administering the test had difficulty drawing blood using the pin-prick device. So she tested it on herself and bled all over me while she tried to prick me again. It was extremely unhygienic and rather shocking to see in a medical office. Dr. Lemm is clearly knowledgable about supplements, and how they are best absorbed into the body - she did give me some helpful tips on this, thus I award two stars instead of 1. All of this experience for the cost of €195,27. It goes without saying, I will not be returning.

I would highly recommend for every pregnant women to visit Praxis Lemm, get to know the highly professional & warm team and try all set of treatments they have. I have so far received amazing guidance/advice from midwife, special exams, acupuncture and massages.
My experience here has been beyond expectations. I have no words to explain how supported I have felt in this center.
I had sleeping issues since I got pregnant, every other gynecologist/midwife I saw told me I needed to deal with it, as part of the normal pregnancy symptoms, but here they gave me a different answer.
The holistic approach they have in Praxis Lemm is something I couldn't find anywhere else. Since I started with my acupuncture sessions and massages I've been able to sleep again, it is game changer!
So grateful to come across this place and feel truly supported during this time.
