Even with an appointment, I've been waiting half an hour past my appointment time (for which I arrived 15 minutes early). There are no free seats in the waiting room, and the line to check in is filling the waiting room. The woman who checked me in was extremely unfriendly.
Update: I was seen about 40 minutes after my appointment time, and the doctor this time listened (unlike the first one 4 months ago). But in order to get the prescriptions, I was supposed to go stand in line for another half hour, which I don't have time for, so I get to see if anyone answers the phone when I call tomorrow.

It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not, wait times are incredible. 1-2hours easy. Every time a different doctor. I had to stand for considerable amount of time, since there were no seats left in the waiting room. A line of 25 people waiting to talk to receptionists.

I gave myself an absolute scare reading some of these reviews before my appointment. I just left from the aforementioned appointment and I can say there isn’t anything to worry about. Yes there is a line when you walk in, but it all went relatively quick (20-30 minute from arrival to being seen by the doctor which isn’t abnormal for doctor’s offices in Berlin, in my experience). The doctor was quick, informative, and even spoke english!

I was scared after reading the reviews but I had a good experience. Total time it took is around 1.5 hours but thats not unusual for Berlin. I wasn’t treated by the doctor I booked with but this was also fine because the doctor I got was very good as well. Very professional and friendly.

Do you have an appointment? It doesn't matter, you'll be waiting for an hour and a half, and even not sitting. There are not enough seats in the waiting room, many people are standing. And the appointment time is very short.
Upd. After I read in another review that the clinic tried to censor a comment, I decided to write that they tried to do the same thing to me, claiming that I had never been to the clinic. Although I have been there many times and to different doctors. And every time I told the reception that I needed to make an appointment for a visit in three months, they could not offer me the same doctor I had just been to, every time I had a new doctor and so on three or four times. And it's not just bad service. The doctors were also in a hurry, they didn't want to listen, and the attitude was extremely unpleasant.
