Awesome Pub. Went there twice during our Berlin visit. Great atmosphere and even better music (lots of The Cure and other classic goth tunes). Food was very tasty and the service, even with a totally crowded bar, on point as well. Definitely recommend going there if you want a pint in a cosy setting with great music.

Irish pubs are never disappointing and this one was also nice! It’s in a great location so a bit more pricy that the others but worth it . Inside they show all the games and also there is enough room. Good selection of beers too

Wanted to try the popular Irish pub. We just looked around and took seat at the bar. There was only 1 bartender and it took forever to place order. Later, there was 1 server and we went to her to place order. Since it took long time to place order, we didn’t want to order any food. Had beers and left. But the atmosphere seemed nice.

This Irish pub has an amazing atmosphere and great service! The staff are friendly and really add to the authentic pub vibe. It’s a fantastic place to unwind or enjoy a night out with friends.

However, the prices are a bit of a shock, even for Berlin. While €5 for a beer is already on the higher side here, paying €8 feels excessive. It’s worth it for the quality and ambiance occasionally, but definitely not an everyday spot unless you’re ready to splurge.

Still, the overall experience makes it a place I’d recommend—just be prepared for the premium prices.

Whether you’re a local resident or a visitor to Berlin, a visit to the Irish pub at the Europa Center is sure to leave you with fond memories of good music, good food, great drinks, and even better company. I ordered the spicy pizza, a special option on the menu, and it was intensely spicy but paired perfectly with honey. When I asked for extra honey, the staff happily provided it at no extra charge! I also tried a dark beer, which was excellent. The customer service was warm and attentive, adding to the experience. A fun twist: you can play rock-paper-scissors with the staff when ordering dessert—if you win, the dessert is free, and if you lose, you pay. I won and enjoyed a free dessert, which made the meal even more memorable!

This was yet another great visit at BrewDog Mitte, we were a large group of 16 people and the staff was accommodating and patient.

The food quality is great as always, fresh out of the oven, and biers collection is outstanding.

We had a gathering for a small nonprofit community event, and everyone enjoyed their time.

Nice and spacious Brew Dog compared to others I’ve been to. It seemed like they were a bit understaffed for a busy Friday night but overall the staff was very friendly. Great pizza options and of course excellent beer options as well. The rock paper scissors game for dessert was a nice touch.

DONT GET THE IRISH STEW!

I went here for traditional Irish stew after moving from Dublin. It was really bad and not traditional at all!

All the ingredients were chopped super small and the beef was so dry.

The bar itself is nice and a normal pub.

Quality pint of guiness, price about right for berlin. Irish stew was nice and the nachos were great value, massive portion. Hand soap in bathroom wouldn’t of gone a miss, was there 5 hours and none! But definitely recommend this place!

Nice Location, classic Irish Pub interior and often good live music.

But I don’t recommend to order a classic Softdrink due to the high price and bad service. 5,-€ for a straight can without a glas or ice or anything is too expensive.

It’s always packed, they don’t accept card payments, and some of the bartenders can be quite rude if you don’t speak German well. However, the atmosphere is good, which makes the place more enjoyable. It’s a great spot to chat and meet new people, and the decoration is quite appealing.

This classic old-style pub in Berlin is a cool spot with a vibrant crowd. However, the loud music can make conversation a challenge, requiring you to practically scream. The tables could use some more attention as they are often left uncleared. The presence of billiards and table soccer is a plus, and the mix of middle-aged folks, bros, and punk individuals adds to the unique atmosphere. The bar itself is good, and the beer is both nice and reasonably priced. Just be prepared for the high volume of the music, and don’t expect a quick game of billiards, as the queue can get quite long!

This place rules. PLENTY of space, inside and out. Good bier list (one of the only places in Berlin that serves a good Snakebite), plus pinball, pool, and foosball. The music selection is EXCELLENT, not too loud as some reviewers have said
Seth Spaulding

The music is way too loud and it’s impossible to talk. The waiter was pretty annoyed at the fact that I didn’t notice the menu was written behind the bar and therefore I asked for one. The location itself and the music are really good, but my drink wasn’t exceptional and the treatment made it not worth it.

Really nice evening out, food was good and the self-serve beer is nice but expensive. Great atmosphere and good staff makes it worth a visit.

It was roasting while I was there, air con not doing much to make it colder!

There’s only a single beer on tap at the table and it’s a pilsner, and neither of us were fans of this beer. The taps were not working well, and poured lots of foam. You can see in the attached photos how badly the pints came out.
The touch screen of the order tablet was not very responsive.
We ordered hamburgers and they were really good, especially the Olymp Burger, but the patties were overcooked.
The staff was kind enough to let us store our luggage at the restaurant during our visit, as we arrived right after our flight to Berlin.

Good service, nice and chilled but still a nice atmosphere. Food was good too. Beer was hard to pull without it being so frothy, but it got slightly easier over time. Nice decor. Had fun.

ALSO: You need to book in advance. Not sure why though as we tried to get in the day before as soon as they opened and they couldn’t fit us in despite there being plenty of space. We then booked it the next day to get a table as soon as it opened. We saw them turn people away like we had the night before. I’m guessing people book for free then just don’t turn up? Doesn’t really make sense for business as they’re turning people away. Also, they don’t know how long you’ll be there for. Just worth noting.

We did face some reservation issues as we had booked weeks in advance and received the confirmation, but the reservation was missing from their system. We were seated 2 hours after our reservation but the food and service made up for the delay. The beer on tap at individual tables was a fun experience. A definite must-try 🙂

Nothing special at all. The food was not freshly prepared and the schnitzel meat was full of veins. That’s probably why almost everyone at the table had nothing but beer.

Hands down one of the best Irish pubs I’ve visited! Nice music, not to loud, but still enjoyable. Genuin bar with big variety of drinks, beer and liquor.
The food was OK, not spiced as I would. I’m not an expert of Irish food, but I recon that there should be more spice to the food.
Def comming back to this place again next time I visit Berlin!
Recommend others to enjoy this nice place as well.

This is in my opinion one of the best bars you can find in the area. The crowd is always quite young and trendy, but not overbearingly so, and you have a fun and energetic atmosphere here.

There’s a lovely terrace out back which is perfect during the summer season, and you have plenty of characteristic spaces inside for every other season.

The drinks are on the pricey side, even basic juices/soft drinks come at a premium v/s what I would consider market rates of the area. But you pay for the location, facilities and atmosphere here and I believe it’s worth it, especially when you’re coming with friends and/or groups.

They have a range of food too which I’ve not tried but looks great and is always great to have on offer. What’s-more, they take card payments which is a huge relief in this cash-centric Berlin city!

Many options of BRLO craft beer on tap. We chose some IPA , west coast and hazy stuff, not their best probably. Bit watery. Easy to find location, right on the exit from Roza Luxemburg U2 station. If you follow this street towards Alexander Platz you will find some other nice locations near the National Library (East).

It is a super trendy bar with plenty of seating, shuffleboard, and a decent outside area.

I had mixed feelings about the beers. They had a decent pilsner, but I wasn’t overly impressed with their IPAs. This matches my experience of canned BRLO beers where I also think their IPAs aren’t quite to my tastes.

Customer Reviews
Paule’s is an absolutely brilliant venue that is a must-visit if you’re into metal. The atmosphere was fantastic for the entire night, which was impressive given we were there for almost 5 hours. The bar staff either spoke fluent English or were extremely patient while I struggled with broken German, and the drinks were predictably excellent (and well-priced!). Above all, I love how it feels open and spacious whilst simultaneously feeling enclosed and reclusive; I got my directions wrong on the way and ended up taking a three-hour trip to get there, and even in those circumstances I thought it was completely worth the effort. Emphatically recommended if you’re in pretty much any area of Berlin.

Atmosphere is great but bartender wasn’t prioritizing people of color. This is really hard to explain considering everything else is great. It happened not only to me but also to another crowd. They were waiting for 10min before leaving while no one else was waiting to order… For me, he kept taking orders from others while I was literally waiting for 15min and before others.

A proper rock oriented pub in the right district that needs one with a reasonable beer choice. Not sure why lady bar tender ignored me for whole time it took waiting to be served. I almost walked out but then another bar tender (male pony tail ) kindly served me. It’s a great place. Shame the female team member ignored me perhaps as I’m older and not shouty.
Shame, cool place otherwise

Nice heavy metal bar playing a wide variety of anything from 80’s hair bands to more recent stuff. Vintage music videos are shown on screens throughout the bar. The staff isn’t overly friendly and it takes a long time to get served. There is a nice pool table area and also outdoor seating. The place is very smoky as smoking is allowed. The beer selection is limited. Still, it’s a fun place to visit every once in a while – some of the songs played here aren’t played a lot elsewhere!

I spent three days in Berlin and this was the only place that I visited twice, that tells everything about my experience. This is the true hard rock and metal bar with great music and decor combined with a great atmosphere with the coolest patrons.
