The furniture is very beautiful and good quality, it is an outlet so you can find very very good prices. They also have special discount days where you get an extra 15%. You can get a lot of ideas for decoration, there are furniture for every room in the house, but like they say in the comments before the decoration is not for selling. The staff is very friendly. They help you also with delivery service for an extra price.

It’s a very nice furniture outlet. I really liked the interior there. It’s not very big store, but you can still find there many things. There is a website with all the furniture available. There is a big hall and small rooms on the sides. The furniture is often updated, and you can also order online. The stuff were friendly. Check it out 🙂

Sadly our good shopping experience in the store was ruined by unsatisfactory problem solution. Thus please be aware of this.

In general Home24 Outlet has very nice furniture for a good price. Also the shopping experience was pleasant with friendly personnel. But the real quality of customer service shows when there is a problem.

We bought a bed, which had some repaired defects on the fabric. The repair was done nicely, thus this was working for us. The main structure of the bed was described to us as perfectly fine without any defects.

We got a delivery for 45 EUR with a subcontractor. But upon assembling the bed it turned out that one screw thread was damaged and not functional anymore. As this is connecting the main body parts, assembling of the bed was not possible.

The screw thread just came off, when unscrewing the screw, which was screwed in by their personnel before the transport. Apparently the wood was damaged and wasn’t holding the screw thread anymore.

The only option presented to us was to bring back the bed to the Home24 Outlet to either return it, or to do the repair at the spot.

The transport back to the outlet was not possible for us and unfortunately, there was zero willingness for finding a solution, which fits for both parties.

Overall we are not satisfied with the resolution at all. We are still willing to revise our opinion, but it seems that from the Home24 Outlet, there is no willingness to find a solution, which works for them as well as for us. If there is still room to talk, please get in touch with us here

A nice outlet to check the products of Home24. They have a website that they update with the available items. When we went there we saw exactly the products that they are posted on their website.

Staff is friendly and helpful.

I am a fan of beautiful quality furniture and with affordable price. Wow this Home24 shop is the best furniture shop one can have best good price. Unique beautiful furniture !!!BUT we are facing issues of the quality of those items. Our bed and sofa has scratches, bed legs cannot fix , sofa buttons are losing. Since there’s no guarantee, they don’t care when delivering and has quality issues ❌. So think twice when buying furniture there.
Just go and see it by yourself ♥️.

This showroom is very small, not so much furniture to chose. I know is a online platform but could also exhibit a few more options. The outlet across the street is way better. Nice and friendly staff and they can help you looking for items on the website.

If you wanna get some fresh ideas and a concept as on how to furnish the rooms in your apartment/house GO HERE. If you wanna have a proper consultation/advice for one or more rooms you should arrange a meeting with an interior design consultant of Home24 in advance. That’s what we did. For the first meeting you should have sent to the consultant pics of your flat and the floor plan with the accurate measurements in advance. Then we talked about our ideas for the flat, what we like, dislike, budget and what we would like to exchange. Afterwards Home24 needs about 2 weeks at least (depending on how many orders they have at the moment to prepare an interior design plan) to make a draft. Then you meet again to see the draft/proposals of Home24. We were flashed by the proposals – the home 24 guy absolutely met our expectations and surely we will order some furniture from them. @home24: thanks a lot for your time and effort in designing a cosy and modern home for us!

We were there around 2 weeks ago and the staff was amazing. They even heleped with choosing the colour for the walls and gave us an extra 20% that we can use for future purchases. I tell you, it’s worth it to go if you have any kind of questions. Very nice experience. Post wasn’t posted vecaude google felt like it was against the policy of being nice.

More than two months after the delivery of a defective wardrobe we still are in the same situation. Logistics didn’t honour the pick-up dates and there is any solution but just keep waiting. Shouldn’t you feel responsible about this happening?

Great store. I believe it’s their biggest store in Berlin, with the best and biggest variety. I am looking forward to buying knitting, crocheting and embroidering supplies from them soon, because I’m really interested in this kind of stuff.

I also found a textile for a project I have to do at work, which was very helpful. Not much variety, but I found what I was looking for.

Amazing place. 10/10!

MUJI, the Japanese answer to IKEA: it’s wonderful–worth going to just for the smell of the aromatic machines! Fantastic place to visit. Japanese vibe. Minimalistic and good design & quality: clothes, office supplies and house hold items. Love the product made from Japan, great quality! Had a really good experience at this store. The staff was really nice and friendly. I liked the quality of the products and would like to come again. I would like to give a about out to one of their sales representative for helping me out.

Very unique store with lots of practical Japanese – designed items for your home. I especially love their travel bottles and cases (smallest and most practical I’ve found) and office supplies. Not cheap but very good quality and design!

Lovely place to visit. They sell adorable pen sets and notebooks. Some things are very cheap and others (such as notebooks) are expensive. The quality warrants the price, I promise. There’s also humidifiers, clothes and toothbrushes. The shoes has great cushion.

Will be back again for sure! MUJI is always an awesome place to find anything.

I bought presents for my family from Muji during my holiday. While some items were a bit pricey, they were worth it for the quality. I was really impressed with how warm and friendly the customer service was, especially Soko, who was at the cashier. Everyone loved their presents. I’ll definitely come back again when I’m in Berlin!

One of my favorite shopping place-The Muji style, also known as “No-Brand Quality Goods,” is a famous Japanese lifestyle company that retails practical and straightforward, yet functional and quality household goods and clothing. Influenced by the Japanese Zen religion, the idea of Muji oozes an elegant and minimalist aesthetic.

This location of Store is well connected with public transport. This store is not so big and do not have much stuff.

If i buy same products in Japan, the price is half of them. Even though the value of the Yen/¥ has much lower, but the price is too high in Europe Muji. That’s why there is no reason to buy at here. Some price is double…

I found the assortment of products in this store appealing, particularly the linen wear and various travel organizers. The availability of different sizes and types of organizer boxes was also impressive. Nonetheless, the prices were higher compared to those at Ikea or smaller shops. Despite this, I think the store’s products could make for great gifts.

High Quality furniture’s. Ofcourse comes with its price. strongly recommend, if you don’t want to give up quality. I bought a wardrobe recently and was served by Sven. He was very friendly and listens to our needs and budget, he even suggested some additions from other brands. There wasn’t any delivery/installation charge in addition and happy with delivery and installation. Very professional. I feel wow when I see the furniture everytime. 🙂

Upon recommendation from a colleague, I went to Zara Home in the Mall of Berlin on my lunch break to get two sets of 80×80 pillowcases. I want to try them out with a few washes before I commit to replacing all of my bedding sets due to broken zippers etc from other brands. I will need 3 complete sets. I walked in and the sales woman was stocking things and avoided eye contact so I decided to check for myself. Found all of the various sheets and duvets along with the different thread counts but had trouble spotting the pillow cases. I saw the display that had pillowcases but that was not the color I was looking for. Went back to sheet section and then saw the handles and that the items were actually in pull out drawers and found the colors and thread count I was looking for. Went to check out and the sales lady was still avoiding eye contact. After a short wait, a second person checking out joined the line and then she came over to check out my items. She immediately spoke to me in English so she is very observant as I have lived in Berlin for 13 years and did not say one word before she asked me if I wanted to purchase a bag for the items. People often don’t remember what you say to them but they will always remember how you made them feel. I like the store but your sales woman made me feel unwelcome.

Some of the items here are overpriced, they don’t have all the products here that are stated online. Had to go to a different store because they didn’t have what i was looking for despite the online store saying it was available.

Although the team here was really nice and helpful.

One star is too much for what you get. I guess they dont care about their reviews as they don’t care about anything else. I ordered a mirror I received it broken at my door, then made quite some phone calls, received another one, also brocken, it took me anther 10 calls to make them send someone come pick it up, because otherwise I had to pay someone to drive it to garage place. Meanwhile two workers hang up on me, still they require payments, (klarna) like they can’t do one thing correct! Horrible, like never ever again and will ask all my friends also not to ever buy something from them.

I wanted to exchange my jacket because the pocket was torn (bad quality), but the staff refused to take it back. Instead, the manager said it was their right to mend it (super arrogantly). I gave it on Friday after noon and I was promised that the jacket will be returned to me Thursday next week. I was their on next Thursday; but the jacket didn’t come. The staff asked me to come back on Friday; the jacket didn’t come. I called again today (Saturday); the jacket is still not there. I have been asked to call and ask again on Monday.

I see this as highly unprofessional and exploiting the patience of customers. The manager is not ready to listen to what customer wants to say.

Wow. The boss of this place is incredibly arrogant without any service orientation. Bad treatment of the Zara employees also in front of customers. Damaging the brand of Zara home! I just bought marble tables that are extremely heavy and wanted to leave them in the store until done with 2 more errants for around 20minutes instead of walking around with the heavy marble. Impossible to leave them. BUT they can store them if I return them and buy them agin later. Most ridiculous rule I have ever experienced plus very unfriendly attitude. No pleasure to go shopping here.
