This man is racist
I went to this store three times, and every time I was there, the old man working at the door left everything he was doing and kept watching me from a really close distance. The first time, I thought, “Okay, maybe he’s just hanging around,” but by the third time, it felt like too much. I don’t feel comfortable looking for something while he’s watching me so closely. It feels like he’s treating me with discrimination based on my skin color, and that just feels disgusting, especially for someone his age.

Actually I was a bit skeptical going to this place based on some negative reviews that I saw. However my personal experience was not bad. They have lot of options to choose from, however some pairs that I liked didn't have the right size. Despite that, the staff was friendly and patient, and made good suggestions.

Bad experience with the staff.. Seems like I’m not the only one here. Today I visited this store which is located in the HEART OF BERLIN. In a touristic spot like this you expect the staff to be friendly towards “international” customers.
Half of them didn’t even speak English. One of them could but he completely IGNORED me while I was talking to him, face to face!!!
By my appearence it is clear that I am not German or “European”. AND THEY CHOSE NOT TO HELP
It was funny because I tried to talk to them many times but they kept ignoring me and what I said/asked. I was going to buy two pairs of shoes but I couldn’t. They were very enthusiastic about German clients though, I’ll give them that!
Never gonna visit here again.
