Overall it was a nice tour as I had a short time to explore everything. The bus showed all of the main tourist attractions. There should be an option to open the window from top in order to see all the things more clearly. There are too many stops or breaks in between the tour where the bus waits for other passengers and we just keep on sitting in the bus which reduces our time.

Excellent tour with stops at so many historical and beautiful monuments. Lee translated for this American lady!. Also stops allow one to get off bus and take photos. Highly recommend. Great way to see this beautiful city.

It's a nice way to see most of the city sights.
The tour guide was great, excellent German and English accent, he provided interesting information about the sights.
You also have to bring your own earphones with audio jack , in order to listen to the audio guide, which wasn't mentioned anywhere.
The bus was pretty old and cold, with a few key scratches on the windows and not very clean, even though I "hopped on" the starting point and I was on the first tour of the day (they mention they always disinfect the bus due to Coronavirus, before every new tour at the starting point).
The tour costs 25€, a bit much in my opinion, and it lasts for about 2 hours if you don't "hop off" anywhere. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Excellent tour bus to see main sites. The buses have a live tour guide and the bus frequency is on schedule. Shout out to Steve Fish our wonderful tour guide and his expertise in German and English. It was great having an American tour guide for us English speakers. We rode around and hopped off several times, this route was definitely the easiest way to get around.

DO NOT TAKE THIS BUS TOUR....unless you want to waste 2 hours of your life you will never get back again. Bus was falling apart, we spent more time parked at stops collecting and offloading passengers than on the tour itself. There are no tour guides, its all pre-recorded with poor quality headsets and plug in equipment. The recording itself was also terrible, we spent much of the trip listening to what sounds like repetitive hold music. When words were spoken, little information of value was passed on, and whenever something was interesting (maybe once or twice in 2 hours) you were told to go get more info from somewhere online. Very frustrating and a complete waste of 2 x €15.
