The gentleman who works in this shop is professional and honest, and that is exactly what I was looking for because I thought that repairing my laptop would require opening it, and I did not want to risk losing any of the internal hardware. I went to a few places before this one, but I found them repairing laptops as a side job to repair phones, and for me this was a sign of lack of adäquate specialization. One of them asked for 100 euros and to keep the laptop with him for a week, and the other asked for 60 euros and he would fix it in 3 hours. But in this shop, it turned out that the problem was simple and could be solved in another way that does not require opening the laptop. The gentleman did not charge me for the consultation, and he even advised me to buy the hardeware that I required from outside because the one he had was expensive because it an Apple brand. I am really grateful to the gentleman for his professionalism and honesty.

After being feeling frustrated with the Apple service that refused to dry my Mac Air still in the guarantee period that was working but had half bottle of beer on it (so we knew that would be a question of matter until oxidate) I receive the best support in the store, they calm me down, we’re polite, spoke English with me and gave me back my baby in 3 days completely recovered. I recommend this store for anyone that needs help with their computer.

Amazing! I brought an iPad in as a last ditch attempt to fix it. Apple said it was beyond repair due to a hardware issue. The store took a look at it and found the issue in seconds. Two minutes later I was out the shop with a fixed iPad, free of charge. Thank you so much!!!

The good folks at star 61 repaired the broken screen of my aging Linux laptop in a surprisingly quick time.
Before I brought it to them, I thought I'd never be able to use my computer again. But they saved my computer, and all is right with the world. Very reasonable prices too!
