Second time the driver request me to cancel for a trip to the airport. Because of traffic. The traffic was there when I booked it so surely the driver can predict how long it’s going to take. It would be better if the app was more honest about how long it’s going to take then the customer can make an informed choice rather than being left in the lurch and potentially missing a flight.

I ordered a drive on Tuesday the 30th of April 2024 because my husband has been operated in his foot, anyway the driver didn’t fetch us but the money was withdrawn, I reported an issue but until now I have had no answer!

I recently had the misfortune of encountering the most horrendous experience with Uber in my life, and I am compelled to share my distressing encounter with the utmost urgency. Let me recount the harrowing tale of how Uber's sheer negligence and utter lack of accountability left me in a state of complete despair.
Upon disembarking from an Uber ride, along with two other unfortunate companions, that we had inadvertently left behind a bag in the vehicle boot. It was an undeniable oversight on our part, but what followed was a stunning display of apathy and incompetence from Uber that surpassed all expectations.
Despite reaching out to Uber through various channels, including their app and website, to report the lost luggage, we were met with a frustrating wall of silence. It is inconceivable that a company of Uber's stature can offer no means of direct communication.
To make matters worse, when we finally talk to the driver, the response we received was shockingly dismissive.
One would assume that a company as pervasive as Uber would have robust systems in place to handle such incidents. However, it became painfully evident that their claims of customer care were nothing more than waste of time. The lack of transparency, accountability, and empathy demonstrated by Uber in this matter is truly disheartening.
In light of this horrific ordeal, I strongly caution anyone considering using Uber's services to think twice, at list in Berlin. Their blatant disregard for customer well-being and refusal to accept any responsibility for their drivers' negligence is indicative of a deeply flawed and contemptible organizational culture.
Avoid Uber at all costs unless you wish to be exposed to an appalling level of indifference and a complete lack of accountability. This experience has left an indelible mark on me, and I sincerely hope that my warning prevents others from enduring a similar ordeal.

The driver wanted to give me a massage at the end of my trip after annoying me the whole time with very suggestive questions, so I reported him and asked if this driver would be suspended or at least never matched with any female passengers again, for their own safety. Uber said they can't do that and that they can only prevent him from matching again with me. Their commitment to safety is a lie.

Hi there, today, 6./6. Around 13:40 an UberDriver (older than 50, maybe arabic background speaking fluently German with heavy accent) with most likely B KS 9957 plate, black Limousine maybe Mercedes, harassed me by ascending very close on my motorbike, nearly touching me and tried to overtake me in an 30 km/h Zone on my lane in Berlin, Friedrichstraße between Unter den Linden and Dussmann, calling me different times an Idiot at the next red traffic light. I have those bad experiences almost every day! Send the driver to a driving school or psychologist, he is too aggressive and didn’t know the rules.
