Janine’s years of experience and care led to a stress-free planning process: location scouting, experienced/thoughtful vendor selection, contract negotiation, decorations, food, extra touches including a professional foosball table, last minute asks were all easy with her. She stepped in with her know-how whenever needed and kept us on time and in budget with her great project management skills.

Janine made the day-of run smoothly – many of the ~200 guests came up to us to tell us how great she was and how lovely/well-run the weekend was. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thank you Janine!

From “remote” location scouting to finding awesome vendors that meet our budget and sustainability principles.. from arranging all our wishes to orchestrating the wedding day itself..from positioning the flowers in the church behind the scenes, to making sure the bride eats and to becoming the highlight among both our families, a special toast to ULI ! Auf der Suche nach Unterstützung im Bereich Dekoration und Tagesbegleitung sind wir auf Instagram auf Maria und ihre Agentur aufmerksam geworden. Nach dem ersten Kennenlerngespräch war klar: Wir möchten sie an unserer Seite für unseren großen Tag und wir haben keine Sekunde davon bereut.
Maria war von Anfang bis Ende professionell, einfühlsam, lieb und unglaublich humorvoll. Es gab so viele Momente in denen wir die Hände hinter den Kopf geworfen haben und nicht wussten, wie wir was realisieren können und dann war Maria da und hat uns geholfen. Sie hat uns in jeglichen Fragen zur Seite gestanden, nicht nur wenn es um Deko & Ablauf ging, sondern wir konnten sie an jeder Stelle ansprechen und es kam nie ein “nein das geht nicht”. Egal auf was für Ideen wir kamen, es wurde gelacht und ein “Joa, bekommen wir hin” war die Antwort.
Ich habe selten Menschen gesehen, die in dem Maße für ihre Arbeit und auch Leidenschaft leben. Am Tag der Hochzeit war sie eine der ersten Personen, die mir ein “Guten Morgen Sonnenschein, wie geht’s dir?” schrieb und eine der letzten Personen, die uns “Schlaft gut, macht euch keine Sorgen, ich mache das.” sagte. Das beschreibt so ziemlich Maria und ihr ganzes Wesen. Sie und ihr Team mit Sjard, Susanne und Marisa haben die Hochzeit organisatorisch einfach bestens begleitet, waren an jedem Punkt für uns da, haben uns durch den Tag geleitet und das alles ohne das man sich gehetzt gefühlt hat.
Das Wort “Danke” wird dem Gefühl nicht gerecht, was uns nun in Erinnerung bleibt. Es war wirklich unsere Märchenhochzeit.

Wir sind ihr zutiefst dankbar und konnen ihre Dienste nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wer einen Dekorateur sucht, der mit Leidenschaft und Hingabe arbeitet, wird bei Maria fündig. Danke, dass du unseren Tag so besonders gemacht hast!

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich ihre ruhige und professionelle Art. Selbst wenn spontane Änderungen nötig waren, etwa wegen Regen, hatte Pia sofort eine Lösung parat und meisterte alles ohne Hektik. Dadurch war der Ablauf entspannt und reibungslos.

Wenn ihr auf der Suche nach einer Hochzeitsplanerin seid, die mit Herz, einem Blick für Ästhetik und großartigem Organisationstalent überzeugt, dann kann ich Pia wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Wiebke is incredibly professional, kind, creative, and supportive. She is the perfect combination of being completely organized and structured whilst being very passionate about what she is doing and doing it in a very creative way. We always felt taken care of and that nothing will be forgotten. Especially things, which we as non-wedding planners would not even consider or know of. Another thing that we loved about Wiebke was the way she handled the other service providers (florist, dj, location etc.). She knew exactly what we wanted and was able to communicate it to the other service providers even in situations where we ourselves might have been to shy or not clear.

On the day of the wedding, we completely relied on Wiebke to take care of everything, and she fully delivered on that! All of our friends and family were happy, we were happy, and unbelievably nothing went wrong, which we would have never assumed during a wedding 🙂 Even the one thing that could have gone wrong, Wiebke managed beautifully. It was supposed to rain on that day and the ceremony was planned outside. I had my heart set on having it outside despite everyone trying to convince me to replan for an inside ceremony. Wiebke did a great job managing the location and me (being a complete bridezilla at that point), so that in the end, we could have our ceremony outside.

From the beginning, the IDO team was very professional, friendly, and responsive to our needs and wants. They have a great deal of experience and a well-developed network of vendors to draw upon, which keeps things structured and focused. They additionally have a web-based tool that was helpful for organizing the various aspects of the wedding.

Throughout the process they were there for us and ready with ideas and optimism. While we primarily exchanged and met online, we had opportunities to get to know each other better during site visits and vendor meetings. They were ready to adapt to the level of involvement that we desired. We could share ideas and inspiration to inform the conceptualization of the event. They offered measured advice and honest insight. They don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach and instead offer their rich experience without prescription. They were responsive, caring, and solution-oriented when we encountered an issue with one of our vendors, ultimately helping us switch and secure another option we had previously received.

The IDO team is incredibly supportive, professional, responsive, and kind. Their taste level, experience, and network make them well-positioned to deliver a wedding that was truly unique and representative of us. We (and our guests) feel that the event we created with IDO will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We can only recommend and share our immense appreciation and gratitude for their work!

We moved to Berlin not long ago, and we didn’t know anyone who could recommend a wedding planner. So the main criterion for choosing was the website and examples of events in social networks. Among the many profiles of wedding planners, IDO’s profile is noticeably different. It attracted our attention first of all by its concept, clarity, and at the same time it was the most modern website, and the info was given precise. From the first call we found an understanding and started organizing our day X.
All communication was completely online, which was super convenient. We almost never had to make difficult choices, because IDO always sent a selection of vendors that fully met our desires. IDO selects vendors just perfectly. All advice and recommendations from IDO have always been constructive. And what is very important, they strictly kept the budget, but at the same time were very flexible to requests from our side to balance the budget between different costs.
Overall, in just 4 months, we managed together with IDO to make the best day of our lives.

Durch seine Hilfe haben wir nicht nur die perfekte Location für unseren großen Tag gefunden, er unterstützte unser Motto “Kiezhochzeit” & wählte mit uns passende Dienstleister aus unserem geliebten Friedrichshain – oder so nah es eben ging – aus.
Denn Nachhaltigkeit & die Unterstützung der lokalen kleinen Betriebe ist uns sehr wichtig.

Marco hat wirklich an alles gedacht und wir konnten seine Liebe für seine Arbeit & fürs Detail spüren.
Das war für uns eine echte Erleichterung, denn wir wussten natürlich nicht, was man alles beachten & woran man denken muss.

Die Absprachen mit den anderen Dienstleistern erledigte Marco ebenfalls, sodass wir uns an unserem Tag um nichts kümmern mussten

Er hat nicht nur unsere Hochzeit mit uns geplant, sondern auch die Papeterie selbst professionell gestaltet & sogar (teilweise ohne unser Wissen) viele Stunden in Deko & Ambiente investiert

Auch unsere freie Trauung hat Marco gestaltet und eine wirklich bewegende & authentische Traurede gehalten!
