Went on a full moon ceremony here. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. The location was somewhere at the park, and there were no signs or a specific location there, and the facilitator didn't bother to stand somewhere so we could find her. The participants were confused and after a quarter of wandering around, we finally found them. She just started right away and didn't even introduce herself and barely talked to anyone. Almost no instructions for asanas, breath works, and somatic movements were given as if we were all professionals coming from India! Unfortunately, I brought a friend who was new to this, and I'll bet he won't be doing yoga or anything else with this experience
It felt like all of the ceremony was just a show. I am so sorry

I generally like this studio very much, and I've been using these classes to help balance my mind and body. I've had quite a bad day today and wanted to finish it on a high note with a relaxing Yin Yoga class. But I mistakenly had in mind that it starts at 20:30 instead of 20:15 and consequently I arrived 7 minutes too late to find a locked door and a sign asking me not to knock. This had made my already bad day even worse.
I respect your choice to set this boundary and am using my power as a reviewer to protest this choice alongside a suggestion to experiment with a new process for late comers. E.g. instruct late comers to self check in and show themselves in quietly in order to respect others experiences.

I'm visiting this place since 2022, I love all yogas classes I tried. But I would like to say big thank you for the teacher Ms. Elif. She is making very magical lessons and helping to transform our life for better. Really appreciate and huge grateful for this opportunity. Best wishes and prosperities for All of us. Namaste

Felt home since the first time I went accidentally after my other usc class was cancelled. I love the bright open room. I feel like the owners put so much thought in this space !

I have been going multiple times a week for the last month to this yoga studio. I previously went several months ago to this studio and did not enjoy the experience while I have since begun to enjoy the studio very much. I will say that I think this studio is a little challenging for a beginner. For a beginner I would recommend the yin classes or the foundations classes with Alex and maybe do several of those classes before advancing to the flow classes. Some teachers demonstrate more than others - for instance in Minas classes there is a lot of visual demonstration. I am not completely a fan of the dictating instead of demonstrating style, which is more prominent in other classes. I understand the value of good diction, but many of us are also visual learners. Students can be forced to look around at others in the class and copy them and this gives way for misalignment and error. Once you are familiar with the alignments, and are familiar with Sanskrit names, this style of diction is not bad. If you understand the cues properly your alignment will improve. As far as the classes being crowded, most weekday early morning and noon classes are a comfortable size (although Alex’s can be quite packed). I have also learned to come early and that way I can see better when poses are demonstrated, and am not overwhelmed by the size of the class. I do enjoy that the instructors actually do seem very knowledgeable, and I believe there is potential to personally grow in your practice at the studio. I enjoy the challenging pace of the classes. Overall, as i am growing in my practice, learning the names of the asanas, coming early, I am enjoying the studio more and more. For a monthly subscription it is a very good value, and I am very happy. Its not a perfect studio but the atmosphere is nice and it feels free from judgment with kind people - students and teachers. Its a studio that you can grow in.
