This guy is a magician, I had a very very old pain in my shoulder and hip which came from playing cricket and football. Went to Rocco, he worked on me for 1 hour and within a day I felt a massive change and the exercises he recommended have been helping me a lot. I highly recommend his special technique, no surgery needed but he will remove the pain somehow.

Rocco hat zugehört und hilfreiche Tipps mitgegeben.Auch wenn diese Übungen teils anstrengend sind, fühlte ich mich danach gleich viel beweglicher. Ich hatte ein Paket gebucht und musste aus gesundheitlichen Gründen öfters den nächsten Termin verschieben, das war kein Problem. Die Räumlichkeiten haben mir auch gut gefallen.

Dann bin ich auf der Suche nach Hilfe auf die Praxis von Rocco Zühlke gestoßen. Ich habe dann fünf Termine vereinbart, in der Hoffnung, dass mir endlich geholfen werden kann. Rocco ist ein sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Therapeut, der sich viel Zeit für seine Patienten nimmt. Er hat ein sehr hohes Fachwissen und ist sehr einfühlsam . Und es wurde nicht zuviel versprochen. Nach vier Sitzungen bin ich praktisch schmerzfrei. Man bekommt außerdem Übungsaufgaben, die man dann auch zu Hause durchführen muss. Es erfolgte eine intensive Übungsanleitung in der Praxis, um die Übungen zu Hause durchzuführen zu können. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, der unter starken Schmerzen im Bewegungsablauf leidet, sich von Roccos Praxis behandeln zu lassen. Es kostet zwar Geld, dafür wird man aber wieder schmerzfrei. Das sollte einem die Gesundheit und das Wohlergehen wert sein. Lieber Rocco, vielen Dank für Deine Hilfe und Mühe, die Du Dir gemacht hast, um mir zu helfen. Ich bin jetzt endlich schmerzfrei und kann das Leben wieder genießen. Liebe Grüße Uwe

Since they got their new student doctor (and other staff), my experience has been absolutely perfect. Every doctor should aspire to be like her – she’s friendly, thinks things through, is considerate, takes time to explain and is extremely competent. In the past, the treatment of patients by this clinic was in dire need of improvement in many ways (massive understatement, to say the least) so I am glad to see that they have made progress in leaps and bounds.

Super practice! Been there for 15 years. Acute consultations 3 times a day + Saturdays (!) without an appointment, very friendly doctors who have always given me the necessary information, always well treated and examined, international and diverse team who, if you ask nicely, can also help out in Turkish, Arabic, Russian, Spanish and sometimes English.

Sometimes, when there is a lot going on, the staff are naturally also stressed. Especially when native English speakers get upset about the alleged lack of language skills or 30-year-old business graduates who were born exactly in the middle of the universe try to explain a doctor with 20 years of experience how to do their job…

Here are 2 insider tips:
The earlier in the day the acute consultation, the less crowded. The words please & thank you cost nothing, but mean a lot. In all languages! Crazy, isn’t it?

I was sceptical when I saw the 5 star average rating, however, after visiting, I am happy to say: totally worth it! I did hydro colon twice and got a longevity drip. I came to doctor Lemm after 4 years of skin allergies and bad digestions. I tried going to dermatologists before and I was diagnosed with a lot of food allergies and I was taking allergy pills every day to reduce the skin allergy. I was told my immune system was too active.

After some research on my side I thought there could be some imbalance in my microbiome and I scheduled my first visit with doctor Lemm. She asked me about my situation and she ordered blood and stool tests. Indeed something showed out of balance in the tests. She recommended me supplements for detox, vitamins I had low levels of and probiotics. After a couple of months my skin allergy was gone and I didn’t need allergy pills anymore. After 6 months I rarely have bad digestions, while I used to have them every second day before I started her treatment. I also have a quicker recovery when I eat something that still gives me allergy. I have so much more energy and a clearer mind. I honestly didn’t remember I could feel this good. I highly recommend her for any digestive issues or symptoms that could be related to general inflammation.

She is one of the best massage professionals I ever had and her massages made me feel so good! I booked in this clinic based on the many positive reviews, and unfortunately I had a rather disappointing experience. Prior to my appointment, I was asked to fill out a long form regarding my symptoms and concerns. It made me excited to attend the appointment, as I was really looking forward to having these addressed. Unfortunately, when I got in to speak with Dr. Lemm, it was clear that she had not looked at the form that I had filled out. Without asking any questions, she immediately started to sell me tests and supplements. When I asked for more information about the tests, she told me that I can read about it on their website. The whole situation felt rushed and pushy; completely the opposite of how one wants to feel when shelling out money for a private clinic. When I said I wanted to take time to think about it, Dr. Lemm was a few words short of accusing me of not wanting to get better/not wanting to invest in my health/wasting my time there because I don’t want to pay for tests. Never, even in a crowded and overworked public clinic in Berlin, did I experience such gaslighting. I was stunned, and wanted to leave some weeks between my visit and writing this review, so I could process such a strange experience. Additionally, the receptionists, while very friendly, seem rather disorganised. There was some confusion right as I arrived, it sounded like they had a double booking – which might have contributed to why my appointment felt so rushed and pushy. I did a quick test to determine my blood type at the end of the appointment. The woman from reception who was administering the test had difficulty drawing blood using the pin-prick device. So she tested it on herself and bled all over me while she tried to prick me again. It was extremely unhygienic and rather shocking to see in a medical office. Dr. Lemm is clearly knowledgable about supplements, and how they are best absorbed into the body – she did give me some helpful tips on this, thus I award two stars instead of 1. All of this experience for the cost of €195,27. It goes without saying, I will not be returning.

I would highly recommend for every pregnant women to visit Praxis Lemm, get to know the highly professional & warm team and try all set of treatments they have. I have so far received amazing guidance/advice from midwife, special exams, acupuncture and massages.
My experience here has been beyond expectations. I have no words to explain how supported I have felt in this center.
I had sleeping issues since I got pregnant, every other gynecologist/midwife I saw told me I needed to deal with it, as part of the normal pregnancy symptoms, but here they gave me a different answer.
The holistic approach they have in Praxis Lemm is something I couldn’t find anywhere else. Since I started with my acupuncture sessions and massages I’ve been able to sleep again, it is game changer!
So grateful to come across this place and feel truly supported during this time.

I visited a pathologist and went through a series of tests but all the results did not show anything wrong with my body. the pathologist instructed me to visit an orthopedist, a cardiologist and a gynecologist, so I had no choice to deny and i closed appointments to all of those doctors.
The situation was going very bad for me and i lost almost 10 kilos.

Dr. Spies diagnosed that the source of my problem is a rotten tooth covered with a bridge in my mouth!!
He referenced me to go immediately to the dentist and he gave me his helpful medicines. After 5 days using them i felt again healthy! my body get well again, my period visit me and the pains went away!
My feelings could not be description by words. 100% alleviation!
Dr Spies really cares about people who have a health problem and he wants to relieve them. Alexander offers the best treatment I’ve ever experienced. He was able to find hidden infections and illnesses that have been missed by traditional medicine, homeopathic treatment, cranio therapy or shiatsu.

At my first visit he quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested treatment. He also tested if my body will tolerate the medicine he picked out for me which not every naturopath does but I find it very important and sign of competence.

Throughout the whole course of treatment Alexander answered all my questions and offered reassurance when necessary.

As my sickness was related to both immune and digestive system it was very important to me that Alexander offered treatment using traditional Chinese medicine in combination with other vitamins and minerals to improve the effect it had on my body instead of antibiotics which would have helped my infections but further destroyed weakened digestion.

Alexander offered professional yet caring holistic approach. I could have not asked for more in my naturopathic doctor.

Dr. Franziska Schindler is very nice person and an extraordinarily helpful doctor.

We are two Australian tourists on an extended holiday, and we needed to get some final vaccinations before going to Botswana etc. We made appointments with her Berlin rooms, online via Air Doctor, and she discussed and provided what we needed. She was very pleasant to talk with; and very efficient.

We realised after we had travelled to another city that we made a mistake with the amount of meds needed, and didn’t have time to make an appointment with another doctor where we were quickly moving from one city to another.

After contacting her by email, she helped us with the additional prescriptions; which made everything so simple. She could not have done more for us.

The first couple of times I visited her, she was really nice, but the last time I was there she was very unprofessional.

Under the last apointment she got really mad and said that she doesn’t get enough payed for patients with public health insurance and that I should be lucky to have public health insurance. I don’t get why she treats patients with a public health insurance, if this is a problem.

I then told her that «I didn’t like the way she talked to me, and that she was not nice to me». She then got even more mad and said really unprofessional things to me and kicked me out of the office.

I have never experienced something like this before from a doctor.

I see that dr.Schindler comment on the reviews and expose the patients health issues. I will kindly remind that this is not allowed. All doctors are bound by the patient confidentiallity law.

During my visit, she was in a rush that when she was drawing blood out, she did it very quick and she pulled the injection out aggressively that it was extremely painful (the spot was painful for more than a week). I had so many times blood drawn out before and not once I had such experience from doctors or nurses.

I know that my visit time was short and I wasn’t intending on overstaying my visit, but she was answering my questions in a rush as if she was running out of time.

My main reason for the visit was not resolved, she did blood tests and everything came out good (even though she did not state what exactly she tested and what not), therefore she didn’t tell me or seem to care about diagnosing the main issue that I had, or finding the cause of it.

Now I have to find a doctor that actually cares about their patients and work on them on identifying the problem.

I cannot thank Dr. Amtmann enough. After having consulted numerous doctors and dermatologists over the course of a year and a half, I was prescribed a whole host of medicines (both topical and oral) that over time made my skin and Acne worse.
