The variety of the classes is great.

However, both their check-in-management and the new app are disappointing.

I totally understand that new technology can cause some issues at the beginning. But what is absolutely unacceptable is that customers have to pay for their mistakes.

I couldn’t check-in because the app wasn’t working. Even a screenshot of the error message wasn’t enough to waiver the missed class fee of 13€ that I have been charged with. Instead I had a condescending service member telling me it was my fault- unless the studio proves otherwise.

Offers variety of classes. The app is really Convenient & user friendly. The only thing I don’t like, is that for some classes you need to create extra accounts and go to other websites to book a class! It would be much easier, if all classes are bookable through the app directly.

The offering is exceptional however the app is not great. No way to connect with your friends to share a particular schedule or invite them to a workout, map radius search is very un-intuitive, the favorites is hidden behind 3 menu clicks, i cannot filter by workout venue type, the search is unintuitive and the schedule cannot be seen in a week overview, just in a list. There needs to be put more work into the usability of this app. However I am still using it because the concept of booking many sports activities is just awesome.

The general concept is ok but
A) the support is super slow and doesn’t answer over 1 month on requests
B) the support gave me wrong information on check-in limits
C) the app is so far bad for a 2024 product. It should be so easy to give the user some reasonable overviews, graphs and stats of their sports events but almost nothing is available. Feels like usc has 0 Product managers and almost no Dev team. Also no in app account management is super annoying.

The new app sucks. The update is a huge downgrade, there’s no way to discover new activities by distance, and the lack of photos makes everything look the same, which is really confusing. It’s barely useful as a simple schedule for one activity, but that completely misses the main purpose of Urban Sports Club.

Great gym with an excellent central location! The facilities are clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Requires Access code to get code for turnstile access. But you have to download their app, register a profile, then wait for access code to be sent, and THEN hope to receive the turnstile code to access.Once inside my shock didn't subside. Today, I brought a friend who’s new to fitness, and I was simply sharing my routine, showing her some exercises, and giving a few tips. During this, I noticed uncomfortable looks from the personal trainers. As I was leaving, a staff member approached me, claiming I wasn’t allowed to “train” my friend and that I should “help more discreetly” in the future. While it was almost flattering to be mistaken for a professional trainer (I’m just a regular gym-goer sharing a Reddit-inspired routine!), it felt unnecessarily hostile to be warned for helping a friend. If you’re looking for a welcoming environment where you can enjoy working out with friends, stay away from this place.[/su_testimonial][su_testimonial name="Tascha Fröbrich" photo="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/a-/ALV-UjV_qF2C5OzhA-Cy7Ikt3DPZBAcwgmqjfVYECNO3raE-s11yGns=s120-c-rp-mo-br100"]This gym is AMAZING!The gym is super clean and you‘re able to workout barefoot which is my favourite thing ever! I’m a new runner and have been running with very generic trainers for a few months, which resulted in a few new pains.
I came to this shop after a friend recommended it and I couldn’t be happier of the care and attention I’ve received from the staff. I have tried quite a few pairs and my running stride and sound was observed carefully while running on the sidewalk outside. I finally found a pair that felt just right and bought it without hesitation. Thank you so much for the patience and useful tips! I can only recommend coming here, especially when there is a big confusion about all the available models on the market.

Cannot believe how rude the staff were. Refused to measure my feet or talk through the products. Incredibly odd and rude. Maybe I got them on a bad day. Disappointed.

Absolutely great experience and service at this store and I got an amazing pair of new running shoes. I was in the shop late on Friday and the sales person in the shop was friendly, very professional and he clearly knew everything about running and running shoes. After a short discussion he immediately knew which shoes to recommend. He had answers to all my questions and gave some great advice. He also carefully checked that the shoes are the right fit. I will be buying my running shoes from this store in the future for sure.

After 4 years I decided to get back into running and yesterday I went to the store, one of the staff members helped me choose the best running shoes, he was super professional, friendly and helpful, took all my information into consideration.
I got my new shoes and today I went for a run, definitely a perfect choice to get back into it.

Came in desperate for the right pair of running shoes after a couple bad experiences at other running stores in Berlin. The employee helping me was super knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in going through several different options. Also spoke fluent German and English which was really nice. Thankful to have found this store and will definitely be back.

I highly recommend checking out Berlin Braves if you’re a runner traveling abroad! I have such fond memories of my time with the Braves, having visited from Canada for the Berlin Marathon. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed and right at home—the vibes were amazing! It’s clear they put a lot of thought into building their community and organizing their events.

Coincidentally, the day I visited was my birthday, and during our run, the crew surprised me by singing happy birthday. It was such a sweet and meaningful gesture, especially being so far from home. I made long-distance friends that day, whom I’ve since seen in other countries, and I can’t wait to visit the Braves again in the future!

Danke ♥️

Came at 11.25am and then 12pm on a Monday, but the store is not open. A shame because I came all the way after seeing them at the marathon expo to support the brand. Wanted to get a few pieces before I fly back, now I’ll need to pay for shipping abroad…
Not just me, a few people were hanging around hoping for the store to open.

Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a tank top and the print peeled after just one wash. I’ve reached out to customer service three times but all my mails were ignored.
I can imagine it must be annoying to deal with complaints. But in my case it was a pretty bad deal, spending 50€, washing it according to instructions and being left with a tank that looks terrible without having even worn it.
They are spreading positive vibes all over here but once you’ve made a purchase, it feels like they couldn’t care less about their customers. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.

A bit sad because I liked the style .
I bought a full set , belt shorts and top in June 2024 , the shorts linings are glued and have now started to dissolve and the linings to show .

The belt did not even last one month , the sewing was not properly done so also now broken
