It’s nice little shopping mall with different independent shops and cafes, also has a large window that overlooks the Berlin Zoo
Omar Nadhmi

Really nice mall. Great for Japanese items. There is also a possibility to charge your phones with different cables already provided. As well, there is a window through which you can look into the zoo. It’s a little bit expensive, but great to stroll through.
Tiger Llilly

A nice and fancy place with some never before heard of brands. You can also see the zoo through the mall. The bars on the top are good.
Pruthvi

Nice shops and very good food! Many of the stores were really pricey but they had a lot of interesting things to look at. Nice view over the zoo as well.
Minus two stars though because there was a terribly rude guard there who yelled at us and made us really scared when we said we did not have any coins to pay for using the bathroom (we had just arrived to Berlin and didn’t have any change yet). He even started following us around the mall which made us very uncomfortable. Kinda ruined the experience 🙁
Elin Persson

A decent mall in the center of the city with beautiful and clean inner environment which is very comfortable to walk around and kill some times here. Above all, they have a wonderful mini zoo outside with see through big glass which enables you to watch the animals while staying inside the mall. An ideal place to bring your whole family esp with small kids here.

I came across this restaurant by chance, and it turned out to be an absolute gem. The food was exceptional—flavorful, creative, and beautifully presented. The staff was equally impressive, offering top-notch service with warmth and professionalism.
The entire experience felt Michelin-worthy, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Central to many great places. We liked staying here, view of Berlin Fernsehturm from our Adina hotel room. Restaurants, Spree River boat tours, museum island all a short walk.
Elizabeth B

It’s a lovely place for shopping in small specialized shops or just walking around and enjoying the spirit of this splendid complex. Go and feel it too
Cornelia Trabelsi

I loved, loved the architecture and the several other outdoors within the building. It takes you far back in time with a modern touch. The cinema is old but still efficient. One thing I liked especially is that the cinema’s toilet has free sanitary pads, which is great.

Here are my up’s and down’s …

Tranquility (in middle of city)

It feels like something has changed at Voo Store, and not in the best way. The selection seems a bit less curated, and while the staff are still friendly and helpful when approached, they felt less attentive overall—I left feeling somewhat overlooked and unsure, especially in the clothing section. VooDeli, however, remains as good as ever.

Located in the heart of Kreuzberg, Voo Store offers more than just fashion; it’s an experience in itself. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed. The store boasts a curated selection of contemporary brands that cater to diverse tastes, ensuring there’s something special for everyone. The atmosphere is chic yet welcoming, with knowledgeable staff who are eager to assist without being overbearing.
What stood out most was their attention to detail. Beyond the racks of stylish clothing and accessories, they also serve excellent coffee. It’s a perfect pit stop to recharge while browsing their latest offerings or waiting for my girlfriend to finish shopping. The blend of fashion and coffee creates a unique synergy that enhances the overall shopping experience; Voo Store certainly mastered this.
Whether you’re a fashion enthusiast or simply looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a good cup of coffee, Voo Store in Berlin ticks all the boxes. It’s a testament to how a well-curated concept store can elevate shopping into an enjoyable and memorable affair. Well done to the owner Yasin, good job man!
Yusuf Hadi

Nice location, great variety of really nice clothes and has a tea room inside Which is also really nice. So you can sit down and have a coffee or orange with a cake and then buy something exclusive and be on your way. It’s down a little alley way so be look out when you’re searching for it.

I like to treat myself to a specific perfume when I visit Berlin , and it’s available at the store. The atmosphere was really cool, very trendy. if you’re looking to really treat yourself to something or looking for some high-end designer gear 100% recommend check this place out.
Spaces like this can feel intimidating if you don’t feel cool enough for that, but the stuff was so friendly. I honestly didn’t feel any type of way being in there. I spent a good 20 minutes in there, smelling different fragrances and just having a look around and the staff were really kind smiled at me every time we made eye contact. Nobody bothered me I didn’t feel like I was being treated any type of way (something I look out as a black shopper and solo traveller).
They also have a coffee machine and seating if you’re a bit tired and want to pick me up. They had some really cool magazines that you could buy, including their own. Definitely recommend this place, even for the experience.

Pick’nWeight – Vintage Kilo Store offers a unique shopping experience with its wide range of vintage clothing. The concept of paying by weight adds an interesting twist to the process, catering to those who appreciate both style and uniqueness. Shoppers can find distinctive pieces that aren’t easily available in regular stores.
While the selection is extensive and visually appealing, some may find the pricing structure a bit on the higher side. Nevertheless, for vintage enthusiasts, it’s worth a visit to explore and discover one-of-a-kind finds that reflect personal style and individuality.
Customer Reviews
It’s very expensive! People can literally buy new clothes with this price range! A normal shirt would cost you around €15 !!! Other thrift stores are much better compared to freshness and price .
Mohamed Yoonus

A very cool looking vintage store with wide selection of converse and every weird old style clothing in every color you can imagine.
For me it’s cool to just come in and take a look for fun but not the best place for shopping in my opinion (overpriced and majority of large sizes). But if you like the style, you should check it out for yourself
Zuzanna

Some cool pieces and an interesting shopping experience, but pieces are very expensive. This is NOT a pay-by-weight store, apparently that is around the corner. I think there are better options around.
Greta Schmitz

100% Recommended! Must visit in Berlin to find affordable secondhand clothes!
Alison B

The store is nice looking and has a big variety of clothes. And a Alternative paying System in which you pay for the total weight instead of each item individually.
Personally I didn’t like it because everything is cramped together there’s hardly any space to move or try on clothes.
Also the Weight Systems didn’t really feel that much cheaper because you pay around 15 euro per kilogram. Also there are six different Price categories which make it complicated.
Nice idea but room for improvement.

Urban Outfitters offers a unique shopping experience with a wide range of trendy clothing and accessories. The atmosphere is inviting, making it a great place for those looking to express their individual style while exploring the latest fashion. Quality items are showcased throughout the store, which appeals to a youthful demographic seeking contemporary styles.
Despite some challenges in customer service during peak hours, many shoppers appreciate the diverse selection and overall vibe. The carefully curated merchandise often resonates with a creative audience, emphasizing self-expression through fashion. However, improving staff interactions could greatly enhance the shopping experience for all customers.
Customer Reviews
This is the worst Urban Outfitters store I have ever seen. The staff is absolutely unfriendly.
We had to drive to another store to return the item because they weren’t willing to accept it here, even though we bought it a few days ago and showed a small defect.
Even during our previous visits, we noticed that the staff here is very strange, unfriendly, and treats their job like it’s a favor.
I would be embarrassed to run a store with such an attitude and atmosphere. Judging by the comments, I’m not the first one to write something like this.
Oleksii

The store is good. But the service there is horrible. The stuff there does not respect their customers and are racist!!!
Zihan Huang

Temple of mediocrity, where the masses come to purchase a uniform of conformity masquerading as individuality. The clothes are generic, the prices are steep, and the overall effect is one of homogeneity rather than creativity. One may as well be wearing a label that reads ‘I have given up on original thought.’ Do yourself a favor and seek out boutiques that cater to the truly unique and fearless.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Today I went to this store for the first time. When I wanted to try on a jacket in one of the mirrors. A girl came up to me and told me that I couldn’t. Nothing else. She told me with an horrible actitud. And then I had to go and ask her where I could try it on. So she tells me reluctantly (dark-skinned girl). Then, In the fitting room, the girl with “blonde” hair gives me a number. When I went to her, who was busy organizing clothes, I told her, excuse me, here is the jacket, then, she took my number and left. Without any indication that I should leave the jacket on the rack. I was thinking of seeing other clothes, but they were going to continue to treat me very badly. I preferred to leave. Horrible experience. Don’t go to this store!

Concept for creative lifestyle mostly attractive to teenagers. Very busy with amasingly only one cashier in the basement with long lines and even with sale average priced clothing. Also items like books and music

Found some truly unique and gorgeous gems here!! Great assortment and quality. So glad i popped in and will definitely be coming back! thank you!!
Catie

Quite disappointing with very few gems. The high prices didn’t surprise me, but the price to quality ratio is very poor – dirty, worn out shoes and lots of cheap quality clothes, even shein for 50€! Makes me wonder if there’s more shein stuff and they just forgot to cut the tag off of this one

Great atmosphere, constantly heard someone trying the singing bowls, loved the smell of incense everywhere, 2 floors with a bunch of interior design and trippy furniture. Bought some jewelry and patches for my boyfriends birthday, we love the macrame chokers, gonna get the earrings next! :))

This is the best curated selection in all of Berlin. Come here to find all the rare and hard to find stuff you wouldn’t find from the more mainstream stores. The store associates are extremely attentive, and even though I went to their other recommendations, I came back a second time! The associate Taylan was amazing, and I recommend you ask for him when you come to the store. 6 out of 5!
Ricky Andrews

I do NOT agree with the bad reviews AT ALL! Soto Store rocks! I found exclusive Air Max 1’s here ordered and after ordering read the bad reviews so I got scared. Used the chat to get confirmation in regards to delivery and returns. Patrisya helped me who was EXTREMELY kind and polite. She made and kept her promise! I can recommend everyone that has doubts to order to use the chat function and settle your nerves! 10/10 would definitely recommend Soto and 10/10 would definitely order from them again!

I bought a pair of OFF-WHITE Nike Air Max 90’s in the desert ore colorway from their online store. After I bought it, I read the reviews for this store and I was very worried. I don’t know why thjs store gets such a bad reputation. The customer service person, named Maria, was very helpful and responded to my emails very quickly. There were no extra charges or anything else I did not originally pay for. The shoes shipped to the west coast of the United States in less than a week, and everything was smooth along the way. Five stars.
