The ambience of the place which is made out of wood, with a fluffy dog sleeping in the corner on a comfy bed, all combined with the stimulating
wood and glue smell, makes you know that you’re getting into an experience, not a service request.
Posh is actually the name of the owner, this awesome woman is really into what she does, she was super nice, supportive, she explained shoes to me, in a way I never heard before.
It was so good, to the level that I really wish any of my doctors explained my health conditions to me, the same way that Posh explained my shoes, and in dope English!
The team and how chill every one is, also noticeable and exciting!
Phone communication was crazy good, post service, real greetings on the way in and out of the shop, annnnnnd my shoes is in best shape, after the inner heal was well-isolated and then glued, as it was explained to me!

Mariam was incredibly patient and must have brought out 5-10 pairs of shoes out for me. Her recommendations and knowledge were spot on. I left the store with a classy pair of shoes!
When I brought them back to Shoepassion to have an additional sole added (winter is coming), they made me pay an extra € 14 because the wear on the shoe tips would be too much.
Remember, the shoes were a week old at that moment.

I wish I had a “before” picture to share. My leather boots were dying and the soles were completely worn through with huge holes. I was ready to give up on them. However, you can clearly see from the “after” picture what an amazing repair job they did!
