Bezüglich des Leihwagens wurde sogar auf persönliche Wünsche und Vorlieben eingegangen.
Wird als Rückgabestation geführt, es gibt leider keine Parkplätze vor dem Tor. Und wenn man erst nach Tourverschluss das Auto abstellen möchte ist das ein Problem. Das Personal lässt niemand mehr danach auf den Hof und droht sogar mit der Polizei wenn man das Auto vor dem Tor abstellen möchte damit es gleich reingefahren werden kann.
Sollte mal vom ADAC geprüft werden.

In dieser Straße, in der wir parken entdeckten wir ein Schild, welches hinter Lkws und Baumgestrüpp nur schwer zu sehen war. Das Schild befand sich sogar hinter einem Zaun. Sehr ungünstig.
Rein faktisch, haben wir einen Fehler gemacht, jedoch ist die Handhabung und die willkürlich angesetzte Summe einfach krass. Hätten wir nicht bezahlt, hätten wir nicht mit dem Auto nach Hause (Brandenburg) heimfahren können. Wir fühlten uns fremdbestimmt und erpresst. Das war unmenschlich, umso schlimmer, dass es diese Firma ja 30 Jahre gibt.
Auf Anfrage bzgl einer Rechnung, kam keine Reaktion.

Die Art und Weise, wie ich behandelt wurde, war nicht nur unfreundlich, sondern grenzte an Respektlosigkeit. Der gesamte Ablauf wirkte wie eine ausgeklügelte Masche, um Kunden abzuzocken. Es gibt absolut keinen Anschein von Professionalität oder Seriosität in diesem Unternehmen.
