I waited 3 min he didnt even get eye contact with me. So i excused and politely said, i only want to pick up a package. The person yelled at me in a very rude tone and said that he has a customer as I am seeing correctly and that there are cameras and someone will be with me because they see me through the cameras.
I mean, I cannot know how their internal logistics work, but from my human knowledge of customer service that is not nice. I didn’t force them to be a pick up point for packages on top of the computer store. It’s not like a späti just wait for the other customer to buy cigarettes or drink, it’s computers and problems with computers can take forever, why should I wait forever?
