ordered flowers for my mothers birthday – selected the bouquet “einfach mal so” the photo shown is size BIG so I ordered size Large so I get still a very full big bouquet. we paid 65 euros- + plus 3 euros for a card. They wanted to charge 15 euros for the delivery only! but luckily I had someone who could pick up the flowers.
The bouquet we got was disappointing for the price we paid for it and the website should be including photos of bouquets per size to set the expectations of the customers right so they know for what they are paying for.
The bouquet we got was max worth 45-50 Euros.

I recently received a bouquet from Marsano Flowers for my birthday, which my friend ordered for 140 euros. The order specified a tasteful arrangement with roses and lilies, and potentially orchids. Instead, what arrived was a horrendous, all-pink bouquet that looked like “Pink Panther vomit.”
The composition was in extremely poor taste and did not reflect any consideration for my preferences. Despite our complaint, Marsano Flowers refused to amend or replace the bouquet, which is unacceptable given the significant cost.
A professional florist should ensure their arrangements have a broad appeal, especially when the customer’s specific tastes are unknown. A neutral or more balanced color palette would have been a far better choice.
Given their refusal to address the issue, I cannot recommend Marsano Flowers. The lack of customer care and poor quality of the bouquet were very disappointing. Save your money and look elsewhere for your floral needs.
