As a reply for the answer. We would have liked to be served, but once we asked for a not very expensive product the clerk lost interest and told us to “look online” while turning away and went to someone else.
We went then to Apollo and even if they were busy and they didn’t have what we were looking for, the still took the time to give us advice and just be a nice human being.

I had an excellent experience with Fielmann – your optician. The staff was incredibly welcoming and showed a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. They took the time to address my needs and provided professional advice on choosing the perfect eyewear.
Moreover, the attention to detail was impressive as they ensured a comfortable fit for my glasses. Their state-of-the-art equipment and friendly atmosphere made my visit enjoyable. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and would highly recommend this optician for anyone in need of eye care.
To add to this, they refused to offer the annual insurance because I purchased the glasses at a discount, saying insurance only applies to full-price purchases. I’m surprised and disappointed by the lack of transparency and quality control in selling a defective product and limiting insurance options this way.
Very quickly he found the information and insurance from my previous purchase and he replaced my glasses with a brand new frame for a very small charge. He also took great care in making sure the new frame also fit me fine and was not too tight.
Jonas was extremely helpful, friendly and just had overall 200% quality service, and all this he did within 15 minutes or so.
I really did not expect my problem would be fixed so quickly, so easily and with such great service.
I would recommend the store and for a smooth experience, be sure to ask for Jonas.

No quality control whatsoever and no idea what customer service means.
By pick-up, the frames were severely stained and had to be exchanged. I ended up canceling the purchase as I am not willing to waste more time returning to the store a 4th time for a poor product quality and non-existent customer service. What a disappointment and useless waste of time. Never again.
So it’s not worth to save money for an ace and Tate product at all
