Ich durfte Frau Ritthaler im Rahmen einer Fortbildung kennenlernen und einen Tag mit meinen Kommilitonen mit ihr/bei ihr verbringen. Psychologie und der damit einhergehende Unterrichtsstoff wurde uns sympathisch und mit sehr viel Liebe und Leidenschaft zu ihrem Beruf vermittelt. Through your process I have learned how to be more reflective in general but particularly, about my autopilot behaviours (good and bad) and to understand how and when I default to them. I have also learned how to a) take the time to define the things that are important to me and b) focus on and actively make them my priorities. Of course, I am still the same person that sometimes defaults to actions which might not align with what is important to me, but through this process, I have gained the tools to take a step back and recenter myself. Als ich mit dem Coaching bei Philipp begann, fühlte ich mich beruflich ziemlich orientierungslos. Durch Philipps Unterstützung gelang es mir, einen klaren Fokus zu finden, konkrete Ziele zu setzen und vor allem herauszuarbeiten, welcher Weg ganz individuell zu mir passt. Das Coaching hat mir dabei geholfen, mich selbst besser zu verstehen und hinterlässt das Gefühl, beruflich und auch privat viel mehr im Einklang mit mir und meinen Wünschen sowie Vorstellungen für mein Leben zu sein. Philipp hat mir wertvolle Tools an die Hand gegeben, um fokussierter und strukturierter meinen eigenen Visionen zu folgen. Vor diesem Coaching bestand mein Leben hauptsächlich aus Arbeit und massenhaft Überstunden. Ich konnte auch in meiner -noch wenigen- Freizeit oder Nachts gedanklich mit Job bezogenen Themen nicht abschließen. Meine Gedanken kreisten weiterhin immer um das eine Thema “was man hätte eigentlich noch alles erledigen müssen”

Es blieb quasi nur noch sehr wenig -bis keine- Zeit für Hobbies, Familie oder sonstiges Privatleben. Der Dauerstress zog irgendwann auch diverse gesundheitliche Probleme nach sich. Mein Kardiologe (Herr Dr. Moser) empfahl mir daher irgendwann einen Termin bei Herrn Stahl zu vereinbaren.

Innerhalb des Coachings wird erstmal geschaut, woher dieses Verhalten kommt. Man muss vorab viele Fragen beantworten und wird damit auch dazu gebracht, sich mit Themen zu beschäftigen, die man sonst lieber weg schiebt. Dies hilft aber – auch im jeweilig angeschlossenen Austausch darüber- dem Problem und den Ursachen nähre zu kommen.

Neben den Fragen gibt es auch div. Aufgaben. Hier gibt es aber auch die Möglichkeit einzelne Dinge auszulassen bzw. diese Aufgaben auf seinen eigene Art und Weise zu lösen und zu bearbeiten.

Heute hab ich außerhalb der Arbeit Dinge gefunden, für die ich mich engagiere. Die Zeit zwischen Job und Privatleben ist ausgewogen und gesundheitliche Beschwerden konnten mittlerweile fast ganz behoben werden. Ich lehne heute Arbeit auch konsequenter ab, wenn es zu viel wird und kann nach der Arbeit auch damit abschließen, bis zum nächsten Arbeitstag.

Ich möchte Herrn Stahl für die gute Zusammenarbeit (denn das ist es) danken. Alleine hatte ich das vorher nie hinbekommen aus dem Teufelskreis auszusteigen, hab es nun aber mit seiner Hilfe umsetzten können. Vielen Dank 🙂

Durch das Gefühl immer häufiger überfordert zu sein und die mehr und mehr in den Vordergrund rückenden Fragen nach dem „Wer bin ich eigentlich?“ und „Was will ich?“ bin ich auf Philipp gestoßen. Das Coaching durch Philipp hat mir geholfen, wieder mehr Klarheit in mein Leben zu bringen, so dass ich morgens wieder motiviert aufstehe und das Gefühl habe, der Kapitän meines Schiffes zu sein und nicht nur auf äußere Einflüsse reagierend dahinzutreiben und meine Lebensenergie zu verbrauchen. Philipp ist auf meine Situationen gezielt eingegangen und hat mir zur richtigen Zeit die richtigen Fragen gestellt, ohne die Antworten vorzugeben. Wenn ich behaupten würde, alles ist jetzt perfekt, wäre es nicht die Wahrheit. Aber ich bin auf dem richtigen Weg und habe zum Glück einiges an Handwerkszeug mitbekommen, um mich weiter zu entwickeln. Vielen Dank Philipp!

Nachtrag
Es sind bereits 5 Monate seit meiner letzten Sitzung vergangen und der Alltag versucht sich in gewohnter Manier wieder einzuschleichen. Die durch das Coaching erlernten Fähigkeiten bewahren mich jedoch noch immer davor, nicht in alte Muster zurückzufallen. Es wirkt nachhaltig.

I had such a positive experience with Julia Steib. I can only highly recommend her Praxis. She puts you at ease and is very open and sympathetic. The screening process was expedited, but not rushed. Ich habe meine Diagnostik Austismusspektrumsstörung und ADHS bei Frau Steib machen lassen. Schon bei Betreten der Praxis fällt die Erfahrung Frau Steibs mit neurodiversen Menschen auf (reizarme Umgebung, Ruhe, wenig Licht). Die Termine verliefen sehr angenehm, effizient und fachkundig. Frau Steib kennt sich ebenfalls sehr gut mit Austsmus und AD(H)S bei Frauen aus und gab im Verlauf wertvolle Tipps.
Alles in allem ist eine Diagnostik hier absolut zu empfehlen.

My wife and I decided to engage Nicholas to help us iron out some kinks in our relationship. His calm, unbiased, and easy going manner belies a rabid focus on undercurrents and misunderstandings. It’s an interesting process but in our case (and I believe in many others) it worked.

Why? Nicholas was able to take any hurt, misunderstanding and anger and direct it to a neutral space, a common ground. And unsurprisingly when both parties are on common ground then good things can happen.

No VooDoo, no Hex, wasn’t even lengthy, just a dose of common sense and an impartial but invested adjudicator. And a neutral safe space to air perceived grievances and just to breathe easily.

If you have marriage challenges or troubles on your own (confidence, depression, voices in your head maybe?), you might find talking with Nicholas helpful. He is the personification of the old adage that a problem shared is a problem halved.

A nice interesting man as well. We recommend!

I came to Nicholas after a divorce, when I was at a very low place. I worked with Nicholas extensively to help bring me back to a place of recognizing myself and repairing the parts of my life that had been changed by the separation. I have found his knowledge of the attachment style that exist in relationships incredibly helpful. I always imagined therapists as being people who wear turtlenecks and say “so how does that make you feel?” repeatedly. Nicholas does wear turtlenecks, but he is also someone that gives you tangible advice that is practical and applicable to the situation you are seeing him about. I was equipped with tools that I could incorporate into my daily routine that helped me establish new patterns of behavior, and thought, that improved my situation drastically and made me believe that things were able to improve, which eventually, they did. I can’t recommend Nicholas enough. I feel a deep sense of gratitude for the impact he had on my life. I am also a teacher. I have since consulted him on a variety of subjects that affect my interaction with teenagers as I have transitioned into a new phase of therapy.
