Great experience!
Nicki (I hope I’m spelling this right) was amazing. I am in Berlin just visiting, but he took me right away when he saw that my tragus was very irritated, swollen, and embedding at the back. He put a longer post with better drainage in, and it’s already starting to feel much better. He was very personable & friendly, even though I’m not from Berlin. I really appreciate his work and that he helped me so quickly.
Thanks so much, Nicki! I would recommend this piercing shop to anyone looking for friendly, clean, efficient, and excellent service.

Best piercing experience I’ve ever had! Staff is super nice and respectful, everything is clean and the piercers know what they’re doing. Saved my septum piercing and the conch was fairly painless!

The man was very nice and polite. I had my septum pierced and it had been closed for a year, but when the guy took a look at it he reopened it for free, just for the price of the earrings. He helped me put another new earring in my eyebrow and helped me choose earrings. I am truly grateful and highly recommend him.

Amazing book shop with books on every subject you would think of. Many stands throughout the book shoop with lovely small things. A wonderful place for book and music lovers alike! It’s a vast building with an extensive collection of books on various topics, including science fiction, thrillers, novels, romance, business, philosophy, children’s books, travel, food, geography, science, and more. The sheer volume of books is impressive, and they even have selections in English. The organization of the books is superb, making it easy to find what you’re looking for. Information counters on every floor are a great touch for any assistance.

The ground floor features a fantastic array of musical instruments, CDs and books on learning various instruments. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Even if you’re not a book enthusiast, you’ll enjoy exploring this treasure trove.

The store is simply amazing!
Here you can find a huge selection of discs and records for every taste, especially for fans of rock and metal.
The variety of T-shirts and badges is also pleasantly surprising!

But there is one minus that left an unpleasant aftertaste – the seller.
Even though I purchased several items, he acted aggressively and irritated when I asked questions about the items. His reaction was clearly not in the spirit of hospitality, which slightly darkened the overall impression of the store.

My fiancé and I went looking for an engagement ring that was different. We wanted something with character and we found this store, which was perfect. With their help, we found two rings with the same stone, same workmanship, both from 1900, incredible! Also, the owner and everyone in the store are very, very friendly! Without a doubt, the best place to find something special and unique.

I wanted to buy rings here but unfortunately I didn’t have enough time in Berlin. I ordered them after looking at their online inventory and making an online appointment, taking a look in person via the video call. The staff was very patient and nice explaining about her pick-up procedure.
My train arrived late and one store staff helped me with the payment and pick-up even after the closure time – I’m super thankful for this level of service and accommodations!

The furniture is very beautiful and good quality, it is an outlet so you can find very very good prices. They also have special discount days where you get an extra 15%. You can get a lot of ideas for decoration, there are furniture for every room in the house, but like they say in the comments before the decoration is not for selling. The staff is very friendly. They help you also with delivery service for an extra price.

It’s a very nice furniture outlet. I really liked the interior there. It’s not very big store, but you can still find there many things. There is a website with all the furniture available. There is a big hall and small rooms on the sides. The furniture is often updated, and you can also order online. The stuff were friendly. Check it out 🙂

Sadly our good shopping experience in the store was ruined by unsatisfactory problem solution. Thus please be aware of this.

In general Home24 Outlet has very nice furniture for a good price. Also the shopping experience was pleasant with friendly personnel. But the real quality of customer service shows when there is a problem.

We bought a bed, which had some repaired defects on the fabric. The repair was done nicely, thus this was working for us. The main structure of the bed was described to us as perfectly fine without any defects.

We got a delivery for 45 EUR with a subcontractor. But upon assembling the bed it turned out that one screw thread was damaged and not functional anymore. As this is connecting the main body parts, assembling of the bed was not possible.

The screw thread just came off, when unscrewing the screw, which was screwed in by their personnel before the transport. Apparently the wood was damaged and wasn’t holding the screw thread anymore.

The only option presented to us was to bring back the bed to the Home24 Outlet to either return it, or to do the repair at the spot.

The transport back to the outlet was not possible for us and unfortunately, there was zero willingness for finding a solution, which fits for both parties.

Overall we are not satisfied with the resolution at all. We are still willing to revise our opinion, but it seems that from the Home24 Outlet, there is no willingness to find a solution, which works for them as well as for us. If there is still room to talk, please get in touch with us here

I am a fan of beautiful quality furniture and with affordable price. Wow this Home24 shop is the best furniture shop one can have best good price. Unique beautiful furniture !!!BUT we are facing issues of the quality of those items. Our bed and sofa has scratches, bed legs cannot fix , sofa buttons are losing. Since there’s no guarantee, they don’t care when delivering and has quality issues ❌. So think twice when buying furniture there.
Just go and see it by yourself ♥️.

Came here having seen a great selection of brands on their website, women’s shoes specifically- was so disappointed when there were a total of 20 women’s shoes on display in a sad corner of the basement.
The toilets charge 1 euro and the automatic turnstiles charged me twice and still would not open. There was of course nobody there to assist.

Cozy and air-conditioned place with nice price. But please make your sellers stop sticking their seller’s identify code on the clothes while they didn’t offer any service to us at all!! We had two shopping bags full of clothes that we chose by ourselves, but on each floor we had a seller come to me and take out the clothes one by one from our shopping bags and put their stickers on the price tags, and they didn’t even offered me any greetings or services. that was really time-wasting and unpleasant.

I am totally disappointed by the store this time and they lost me as a client. After receiving a letter with information that as a customer having their Insider card, I am entitled to 20% additional discount on the already discounted prices, it turned out that Peek & Cloppenburg doesn’t count the items on sale as items with discounted prices. They differentiate between both – sale and reduced prices. With other words they are intentionally trying to trick their customers using misleading practices. This was a waste of time I don’t intend to repeat anymore.

I didn’t see it anywhere else, you can do vaccination here. I have been going to Globetrotter since they were located over close to the S-Bahn train station Rathaus Steglitz. Also they have a walk in tropical medicine clinic which I have used on numerous occasions before traveling! Wonderful service with walk in without appointment, which is great! Beautiful department store offering many high-end cosmetic and clothing brands, sports goods as well as sunglasses. There’s also a children’s department which has a side offer of stationery. Head to the top floor to check out the gourmet department. A wide range of chocolates, sweets, biscuits, teas, jams and other food concoctions. It is a good place to make gift purchases for loved ones as some of the items are not commonly seen in other gourmet halls. Many restaurants offering a variety of cuisine are also housed on this floor. There’s an affordable casual eatery offering snacks like Currywurst as well as beer. There’s also a donut stall with offering freshly-baked delights. Tried the almond crushed special and a white chocolate almond donut. Both around 10 euros were scrumptious. There’s also a bakery which you can grab a quick bite on the go for those who are cash strapped. Best of all, you can use the toilets here for free, compared to other department stores like Galleria where you have to pay. Tasteful decorations and window displays are a plus, making Kadewe a must visit if you are a tourist.

KaDeWe, according to searches, the largest department store in continental Europe and the second largest in Europe right after Harrods in London. Many wide floors of goods and clothes, on the upper floors a “restaurant-café world” where many delicacies from around the world are offered. A place worth visiting, definitely.

Several good things about this mall!

The bathrooms/WC/ toilets are clean and there are plenty. Located on the 6th floor in the back right corner. No charge to use them.

The food hall offerings are wonderful! So much chocolate from all over Europe – a great place to pick up gifts if you’re travelling.

The food court on the very top floor is an experience. Amazing view and nice atmosphere. It’s like a canteen – some things are a bit expensive but the hot business lunch meal of the day was good value. It was pork knuckle and would have easily fed two.

Not too many shops or brands to pick from within the mall – but still plenty to look at!

This is Berlin’s premier department store. All of the global luxury brands can be found here. Amazing selection, for a price. Great food hall and food court on the top floor, it is huge.

The wine and spirits selection is particularly broad, the best I’ve seen in Europe.

There is a discount department on one of the upper floors selling off season brands at a discount.

One of the highlights of this location is the wide range of products available. The selection is impressive, offering something for every style and budget.

The quality of the products is consistent with what you would expect from IKEA, reliable and affordable.

The staff at this location were generally helpful and courteous, although there were a few moments where it was difficult to find someone for assistance, especially in the busier sections of the store. However, when I did interact with the staff, they were knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions I had.

The in-store restaurant is a nice bonus, offering a convenient place to take a break and enjoy some classic IKEA food. The food quality was decent, and the prices were reasonable, making it a good option for a quick meal during your shopping trip.

Parking is ample, which is a big plus, especially considering the size of the store and the number of visitors. The checkout process was efficient, even during peak hours, which I appreciated.

While it has a lot to offer, there are some areas that need improvement.

Some of the in-store displays and room setups seem outdated. The decorations and arrangements have been in place for a long time and could benefit from a refresh and modernization to keep up with current trends. This would not only enhance the shopping experience but also provide more relevant inspiration for customers looking to update their homes.

In summary, it’s a great option for affordable and stylish home furnishings, but some small improvements in customer service and store organization would make it a top-tier shopping destination and I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases.

I live nearby, and honestly, IKEA Lichtenberg is the spot in the neighborhood—mostly because there’s not much else around! This place has everything: furniture, meatballs, and, most importantly, endless refills of dangerously addictive hot cocoa. I come for a chair, leave with a full stomach, a cart full of ‘essential’ items, and a slight chocolate buzz. IKEA, thanks for being the local hangout I never knew I needed!

One of the best IKEA’s in Berlin. It’s quiet most days, very clean/organized, well stocked, you can always find what your looking for and the staff is friendly. This is our go to IKEA, it’s the best one we think. The cafeteria also deserves a shout out, they are very friendly and accommodating. From every department, you will always find the staff smiling and joking around with each other. It really seems like a healthy environment.

IKEA Berlin is simply outstanding! From the moment we walked in, the store was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions.

The layout makes it easy to find inspiration, and we were able to furnish our apartment with stylish and affordable pieces. The checkout process was smooth, and delivery was quick and efficient. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant, which is always a nice bonus!

Overall, an amazing experience at IKEA Berlin. We’ll definitely be back for more! Highly recommended!

Horrible place, one check-out line open for all customers who pay with cash or card. Have been waiting forever, it’s hit, and the cashier has no idea how to scan and move on with the items. Ten unused check-out lines. Never come here again.
